Founding Story

Sarah Gromko (she/her) is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Vocologist who is licensed to provide speech, language, and voice therapy in Connecticut and New York. She specializes in all things voice and provides rehabilitation to adults with acquired language and cognitive brain injuries from stroke, concussion, traumatic brain injury, or brain fog. Sarah Gromko, M.S., CCC-SLP, PAVA-RV is proud to be a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQI+ community. She has a professional singing background with a degree from Berklee College of Music. She completed her master’s voice externship at Ochsner Voice Center in New Orleans and is a Pan American Vocology Association-Recognized Vocologist. She is an unabashed audio and speech science nerd. One of her achievements as a speech-language pathologist has been designing and implementing the gender-affirming voice program at Hartford HealthCare, one of the largest hospital systems in New England.
