The lady who said she take me for her appointment said she was the manger she was rude and accused me of talking to her staff in a bad way but I didn’t even talk to her staff just her she had a attitude the whole time because I was asking questions and trying to figure out what they could do for me since they were the reason why my tooth is in the position. It’s in the guy Dennis is the one who chipped my tooth then he tried to fix that chip tooth to make sure it wasn’t sharp and then a month later, my tooth started chipping and breaking apart in pieces the whole back fell off and then it just kept breaking off and now I have no longer have a front tooth then they try to say they had no records of me being there and I’ve done everything to reach out communicate they sent me to someone that didn’t take my Medicaid. They wasn’t trying to be helpful. They were being rude by sending me to someone who didn’t take my insurance now I’m pressing charges for the damages and the trauma and pain

Frequently Asked Questions
Use visual aids. You can use picture schedules, videos, social stories, and other visual aids to show your child what to expect.
Take your child for a practice visit. This can be the same as the orientation visit, or it can be a “dry run” of an appointment where the dentist doesn’t actually work on your child’s teeth yet.
Bring items to fulfill sensory needs. Bringing your child’s favorite fidgets and toys so they can play during the appointment will be helpful.
Reduce unnecessary stress before and after. Reduce demands by wearing comfortable clothes, getting lots of rest, eliminating unnecessary activities (like grocery shopping — order for pick up!), and doing the things that relax your child. Your child will be able to regulate better when every day stressors are kept at a minimum.
