The front desk employees are very rude and they lie. They tell you anything they want to get you off the phone. They don’t deliver accurate information to the psychiatrist. Then the psychiatrist is crazy he talks to you like you’re stupid jumping from one sipifice topic into another while simultaneously being reminded of the reason for your concern trying to confuse you. This is the absolute worst place they don’t care it’s all about money. They are not concerned about you they aren’t compassionate they are just really rude. Very sad company I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

My brother has been going here to the Dr. Over 20 years. His Dr. Retired. But he had refills. They sent him a letter. Which I have that they would make sure he had meds til his appointment with new dr. Now they don't answer phone or return call. I'm very worried about my brother. This is very poor service from this type of facility.

I definitely recommend Dr Hurst. He is Everything that Mr. Robert Melton posted earlier. I searched for years to find a Competent Psychiatrist with very bad results. I have been a Patient of Dr Elton Hurst now for close to 15 to 20 years now. He is respectful, hears Every word I say, very prompt and time conscious. I Never have to wait. My appointment is Always the time I was given. Dr Hurst Promptly answers Any and All messages I leave for him and he does everything he can to help me find solutions to Any problems I might have. I also miss Dr Hurst Receptionist who retired due to COVID! She was the best. Treated me like a "Person" and Not just a patient. My Only Problem is the Billing office. I've been dealing with a charge of over $200. Bucks that I do not owe for about 3 months now. I called customer service and a guy who barely spoke broken English answered and Cursed me out and hung up on me bc I couldn't understand him. So yes the "Customer Service" is Horrible! If Dr Hurst wasn't there I would Not go back to this office for Nothing. I have been blessed to have found Dr Hurst and I don't think I could find a better Man to trust or a better Dr to treat me. I just don't know what is going to happen if we don't get this incompetent "Billing Department" straightened out. Thanks Debbie Wright
