Golden Steps ABA provides excellent services for my family. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable but also compassionate and kind. There were not many providers available for behavior therapy in the area I live. Fortunately they were able to work with my children in my home. Within the first few weeks of therapy I noticed a positive change in their behaviors. The therapists and clinical supervisor assigned to my family are amazing and consistent. They make sure you as parents and siblings are informed educated and involved in building the life skills needed for these exceptional children.

Ive worked at four different ABA clinics over the past three years with Golden Steps being the longest I have stayed at a company. Ill hit a year in November and I hope to keep working here. Its safe to say this is best company I have worked for. There is amazing infrastructure for RBTs competitive pay knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs. Management listens to feedback and implements suggested ideas. The communication and expediency of response is honestly a dream. If youre thinking of working there or wish to enroll in services I highly recommend you do it.

Golden Steps ABA is so amazing My daughter has only been with GOLDEN STEPS for less than 8 months and I am already seeing changes. I can honestly say that I was a little hesitant to enroll her into any ABA establishment however I am glad that I did. Our BCBA along with the actually ABA therapist are extremely patient and understanding. They work with the child and not against the child. I highly recommend

Thus far this company has demonstrated to go above and beyond to make their RBTs feel appreciated and I never had seen one of my BCBAs so comfortable with their work. The team we have especially HR does their best to provide me as an employee with all the tools necessary to advance as an RBT. I am getting paid what I believe is a great wage and they also reimburse drive time No other company has been this supportive as far as making sure I as an employee am fully trained and ready to help my clients excel. Feedback is deemed necessary in this field and I can ALWAYS count on someone above me for support. Everyone is super responsive and the people behind the scenes in management make sure we are serving our clients with top of the line ABA services. After searching months for an ABA provider we found Golden Steps ABA and we couldnt be happier Our little one is thriving and has so much more confidence. He is self advocating more social and using his words more than ever before. His ABA therapist has such a gentle fun and effective approach during therapy sessions My little one even asks for his therapist during off days which make me even happier and confident they are working well with my child. I highly recommend.

As a current employee of Golden Steps I can say that this company is one of the few good ones. The immense amount of patience and support that administration has for staff and the training and resources they utilize and give to RBTs is more than Ive seen with other companies in ABA. Shereen and Peter in the Georgia region are BOTH phenomenal with staying in touch for communications sake and its never a hassle trying to communicate with them which in my 7 years of experience is rare.

This company is extremely supportive of RBTs Working in-home can be lonesome and isolating but this company gives their RBTs the support so they do not feel so isolated As an RBT who is in graduate school I am able to receive supervision from my BCBAs and feel support during my coursework. Overall I would recommend this company for RBTs and RBT who aspire to be BCBAs. It is competitive compensation and made my move to Georgia smooth.
