My opinion in what I hear and see I feel that they dont take good care of their clients who are in nursing home rehab care. They dont help their clients to get well or have them get Rehabilitated. The rehab centers that I witnessed keeps their clients patients in bed and they get bed sores. And my opinion that I have seen and witnessed the care facilities keep their patients drugged up to were they are not able to speak. The social workers take sides with the nursing home facilities. homecardfacilities

We have been trying to get respite care set up for our son for the last three months.Golden Gate Regional Center is making us jump through hoops to get respite set up. A whole quarter of hours has come and gone that we never got to use because GGRC is partnering with a garbage third-party provider PPL that acts as an intermediary between us and the respite care provider and the whole process to get set up with respite has been awful.Even though weve had our respite provider ready to go since the first week of November this process has been so stupid complicated. We had to sign up ourselves with PPL first and then I couldnt be the employer cause Im a state employee which GGRC knew I was and our case manager never mentioned it might be a conflict of interest. We could have gotten set up with PPL long ago and not waited until now to do itWeve had a terrible GGRC case manager and now were dealing with terrible PPL agents who cannot spell names even when you spell them out and now we have to submit our workers ID to fix it......ugh.Not to mention we still have to fill out 24 pages of paperwork to hire our respite care worker who has just been waiting patiently since early November
