I had a Living Trust through another company and wanted to update it as I was getting married. The Trust company I had worked with would not answer any questions or give me any guidance unless I paid 1000.00. I decided I needed to change. Basically I have a visceral reaction to Lawyers due to my past experiences. I decided to use the company my mom had used years back and was introduced to Nick at Gilfix La Poll. He was wonderful. I had a few nuanced requests and he made everything simple and made sure my wishes were well documented and clear. When I received the draft and had a hard time comprehending many of the sections he took the time to make sure I understood everything. This was all included in the original price. I would highly recommend this company and with my personal experience recommend Nick to work with if you need this service.
