Had an appointment at 815. Got here about 10 minutes early and there was 2 people other than myself. I still have not started my paperwork. If you call to make an appointment as it is required I expect to start my paperwork in a timely manner when it is my scheduled appointment time. No excuses

We had a great experience My husband and I just moved to Hinesville so we didnt have a pediatrician or insurance yet Our daughter was due for her next immunizations. The staff was extremely nice and walked us through everything. Honestly they explained each vaccination better than my daughters previous pediatrician. They gave us information about each one. They were so gentle with our daughter It was a fast and easy process. We highly recommend

Dont waste your timeThey cant even read Certification Of Immunization papers correctly. Ive gone here four different times with the original and then different signed documentation from my kids doctors office and they STILL REFUSED IT. I went to another place and they said that they were just giving me a hard time. This is utterly ridiculous dont waste your time here Go SOMEWHERE ELSE.If I could Id give this place 0 stars but unfortunately I have to leave at least one to post my comment.

I had a WIC appointment and everything is still by phone they never called. I called to reschedule and they just hung up when trying to reschedule my kids. Dont waste your time

Your phone lines Suck Tried calling 4 different times to reschedule my wic app and did nothing but break up the entire time

The staff at the health dept are very helpful and kind. They help me out very much and answer all my questions and concerns. Very friendly people.

I called with a scheduling question. The receptionist was not helpful at all. She told me that they close at 2 and that she really didnt know how to help me as her supervisor was out of the office. It was noon. No offer to take a message or anything. Before I could respond she hung up. No Have a nice day or anything. Just a click and busy signal. I tried to call back and got a message. No option to leave a message or to transfer over.

The young lady that works at the small window is wonderful She answers the phone every time Ive called 082018 and is so pleasant on the phone and in person Ive dealt with a few other ladies there the past few years and 2 different doctors and NEVER had a problem Wait times are long to get seen but I understand with limited space and staff you can do so much. Thank you ladies

When we tried to use this we felt as if they were very prejudice snapped at me ignored me yet helped others who just walked in the door. Ultimately I walked out with after speaking with office manager about service or lack off. Their answer was others were more in need than me How would they know that without getting any information from me

I called Monday Oct 30 to make an appointment I was given Nov 7 at 9 am which was the earliest appointment they could give me. Although They did not have the BC I wanted I went ahead verbally confirmed that this was the datetime and promptly wrote it down stored it in my phone calendar. Fast forward to Today Day of the appointment I came in approx 15 minutes early to ensure I would be seen on time pulled a number off the wall and was told to have a seat. After waiting for my number to be called I was called up to a window where I then had to loudly give my personal information ie. Name address birthday and phone number insurance which normally a drs office would have you write down so people dont collect your info. I was then told to have a seat and wait. When a second woman told me to come to a window and proceeded to tell me that my appointment was for the previous day Nov 6 and they couldnt see me today and I couldnt be seen again until the 1st and I asked again and she said no I meant the 23... Now heres where I get lost why did it take an hour two separate people to tell me that I missed my supposed appointment I should have been notified immediately. I received no confirmation textemail call nothing stating that I appointment was for the 6th. Then they have the nerve to ask me if I wanted a work excuse... is your work excuse going to give me the money that I missed out on coming to this appointment or is it going to give me my prescription for the birth control I needed a week and a half ago This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional in fact its a joke. Please do not go here if you take your health seriously because they obviously only show up for the check.
