With over 500 ppl dying currently from COVID everyone is unmasked. Kept it pushing until an unmasked nurse decides to get into an argument with me about masking my child. I do in fact inform them thats okay with my pediatrician. Which I shouldnt have had to do. She keeps going. So finally I just say I dont know why you are arguing with me about this She backs off says she not arguing when clearly she was. Thats the exact kind of ppl who will inject you with saline instead of the vaccine. This place is not safe. So I left.

The ladies that work here are amazing They are always patient with my children and provide extra attention to them when they receive immunizations. The staff is polite helpful and extremely cheerful. We have always had a magnificent experience and appreciate all that they do for our family.

I took my 22 month old here for her COVID booster today. I would have expected the wait time to be nothing since there was no one else in the office but we had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes past our appointment time. Then when we were brought back the shot wasnt even ready and the nurse had to go draw it. My toddler was already getting impatient. The nurse that gave the shot shoulder length brown hair with glasses should not be giving shots to toddlers or at least needs to be retrained. She didnt hold her leg so when she jammed and I mean JAMMED she held the syringe like she was going to stab someone in the chest the needle in my daughters leg she kicked and the needle came out. I felt the liquid from the shot squirt all over my leg. Then she put the band aid on her leg in the wrong spot Im fairly certain none of the injection went into my daughter. This was an absolutely horrible experience I would have gone to her pediatrician but they arent administering these shots this year.

The ladies at the Desk were great and the sign in process was easy. The RN was AMAZING she made us feel right at home even though home is four states away.

I agree with the last review. The clerical staff is lacking in customer service. Not only is the receptionist rude and short but she acts as if it causes her physical pain to be the slightest bit helpful. I work in the medical field and I would never treat another person let alone a potential patient with such disregard. I think Richmondhill should invest tax dollars on training the public employees on the value of customer service and how to put it into action.

Just called here because I was advised by the hospital to grab my newborns birth certificates from the health department. The woman who picked up was extremely rude and short advising that I needed to call probate court. After cutting me off I waited until she finished and asked if she happened to have their phone number. She stated she did not and ended the call. To my surprise both offices are in the same building. Wondering why your employees cannot transfer calls or have enough phone entiquette to retrieve a phone number.
