Georgia Behavior Associates (GBA)

Ive encountered many ABA companies. This is by far the most detailed invested group I am a parent to a very special little boy with severe autism. I have fought diligently for his care education. It wasnt until Georgia Behavior Associates that Ive actually witnessed a team care about my sons development. Specifically Brittany Brittany is a GEM Ive watched her in action advocate for my child. Ive witnessed her communication with his teachers care team as well as his IEP team to ensure everyone is working collectively to give him the best possible opportunity Brittany is the reason for this stellar review Brittany left me speechless I wanted to cry tears of joy listening to her advocate for my son. She is so involved invested in her clients development. She wants your baby to succeed she wants to be a positive influence on you the children. Im so thankful for Brittany. To be honest I wish all our previous failed attempts with BCBAs could take a class from Brittany because shes truly that good She attended my childs IEP meeting per my request she was so engaged asked questions Ive never thought of. She ensured everyone understood his behavioral needs she drew many correlations between why his behavioral needs are equally as important as educational. She advocated for my son in a way I had never seen anyone do. It was the biggest relief for me it felt light a weight lifted off of my to finally have someone who caresThank you Brittany

Im excited to share my experience. The open house presentation given by Bruna was excellent I heard the care and compassion for these children as she spoke about the job position. My heart is overjoyed that I will have a chance to make a difference in the childrens lives.

I very Rarely leave reviews however this company and employee is deserving of oneDammy is unmatched she was very detailed in explaining what ABA was to me and the role I will have with the company. She was very detailed and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable with all she was explaining and if I had any questions she will be happy to assist me Definitely Amazing energy. GBA is a great company to work with. My onboarding process with Dammy was excellent I would definitely appreciate their professionalism at every step during the hiring process. The communication with Dammy and the case manager Tika Murphy was great. They care about their clientss needs and work passionately to bring positive changes in their lives.

Bruna Nicz was very informative about the decision and what I like most was when filling us in about the postion she only mentioned the pay once. She cared more so about the mission of helping the children and that inspired to be more sure about my decision to wanting embark on this new path.

I didnt know anything about ABA services until one day I spoke with Dammy and she thoroughly explained what it was and spoke very profoundly about the success stories ABA services offer to many families. During this process she has been extremely supportive. She has even reached out to colleagues for assistance regarding my case. My son is now about to start ABA services with this company and all thanks to the help patience and persistence that was gracefully given by Dammy and this amazing company.
