A friend recommended me here. For being my first visit I had a good experience.The young ladys in the front desk were very polite friendly and they made me feel very welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place to familyfriends and to who ever they read this message.

Ive been coming to Dr.Lim office for over 15 yrs. The service is great the staff is friendly. I recently got my braces removed and I couldnt be happier with the result. Dr.Well my orthodontist was amazing. He made sure I was happy with my result. Every month he was very informative of my progress and how I was doing with my braces. He made sure that we were on top of my visits. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of getting braces to come here. Thank you

Amazing staff every single one of them is friendly and informative. ive called 20 dental office in the area and every single of one the receptionistsfront staff was shortrude with me from the start to end despite my efforts of being considerate of their time and staying polite with them. i was so relieved when i called this place because they were so kind and ready to schedule and answers my questions. the dentist and dental assistants were also so helpful and really made me for once not nervous to be at a dental office. A all around for all the staff and their hard work.

The office staff is sooo kind and pleasant you honestly forget you are going to a Dental appt-. They get really booked up so be Nice to the girls...-- They Really go out of their way to accommodate you...--- I was refd by- the property mgr. there at the shopping center--Carl Wright..... he would Never give me a bum steer.....Ive been a patient there for round 6-7 months..They all really Explain- things well that need it

Dr. Catalina is a boss i dont know anything about dentistry but i can tell she is seriously talented. she gave me local anesthetic for cavity fills and though it hurt a bit as expected she really just did it too quick for me to panic about it also it wasnt nearly as painful as anesthetic i got from other dentists before. i was really impressed by how quick and proficient she did my cavity fills while still making them look and feel natural. i love love love this dentist and all the staff. they are a great team. its so rare to find good doctors you can trust through medi-cal but i feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this place.

Dr Lim is very caring hes like your Uncle Lim. This was my first time I went to him but I was treated like a long term patient. Dr. Lim reassured me that he will do his ultimate best and treated me like family. Hes competent and confident and it shows in how he works. Made me feel I was in good hands. The other technicians dental hygienist etc are very proficient but treat you like a friend. They use the latest dental equipment and apply the best technology. Dr. Lims practice is highly professional and personable at same time.

Ive been a patient for over 5 years and today was the worse ever. They let a dirty homeless man in. He was dirty from head to toe. They didnt even clean the chair he sat on in the lobby. I felt bad for the people that sat on the chair after. The plaza has many homeless lingering. Im concerned about hygiene and cleanliness in a dentist office. The front desk officemanager were uncaring and dismissive about my concern. In addition it took over an hour to be seen with appointment. Also the assistant left me a few timestook long to do the work.
