He and his staff especially Johanna really care about their patients. Johanna goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly for me and addresses my concerns and I appreciate her very much. I return to this dental office because of them and their professionalism thank you

Horrible Experience - Avoid at All CostsI wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Dr. George Lim has been nothing short of a nightmare. My very first visit to get dental cleaning was ok and got my trust. Unfortunately that trust led to a month of excruciating pain and a likely loss of two teeth.I originally had no problems with my two upper teeth but Dr. Lim convinced me that I needed crowns. On July 25 2024 he put in two temporary crowns and thats when my ordeal began. Every day since then I have been in unbearable pain. My cheek swelled up I couldnt eat drink or even sleep and my mouth was so swollen that I could barely close it. The pain was so severe that it affected my ability to work and function normally.I frequently visited the office due to the pain but the office staff Joana and Liliana were as rude and dismissive as Dr. Lim. The emergency line they claim to have is practically non-existent it directs you to text them but when you do you get no response for hours or even days. When I expressed my pain they accused me of not taking enough painkillers and antibiotics. Even after I told them I had maxed out the allowed dosage and had to use numbing gel from another dental office Dr. George Lims daughter Shanna Lim who is also a dentist showed no sympathy and instead accused me of stealing their numbing gel. Their lack of empathy is shocking.When I was seen by Dr. Lim and his team they twisted and shook the crowns so violently that I feared they were further damaging and even loosening my already infected teeth. When I voiced my concerns they rudely cut me off insisting they knew what they were doing. Appointments were another nightmare I was often made to wait 2 to 3 hours after my scheduled time while other patients who arrived later were seen first. When I pointed this out their response was a dismissive Oh followed by them turning away from me.This morning I woke up with a completely swollen and distorted left side of my face. Despite having a 10 a.m. appointment I rushed to urgent care first due to the swelling also knowing they would leave me waiting in pain for hours anyway. I arrived late to the dentists office the only time I was late but Dr. Lim and his office used this against me. When I asked Dr. Lim what to do about the conflicting medications from his office and urgent care he lost his temper and yelled at me for getting drugs elsewhere. In the end he screamed at me to just pull the teeth out.After a month of sleepless nights constant pain and hours of waiting in their office I now find myself with two painful loose teeth that were perfectly fine before Dr. Lim started his work. I am devastated at the thought of financial burden of needing implants due to their rough handling.This is the shadiest dentist I have ever encountered. If you value your time health and sanity stay far away from Dr. George Lim and his practice. This dentist deserves to have his license revoked. Thank you for reading my review. Ive been visiting Dr. Lims office ever since I moved to the west side and I have had a positive experience every appointment. The staff is very professional courteous and fun. I am always provided with plenty of information about my care I like seeing my X-rays as they are taken and I love the convenience of text message appointment confirmations.

I just became a patient of Dr. Lim and I dont know were to start to express my gratitude to the Dr and his staff.My experience has been like no other this the first time I walked in the door the office staff go far and beyond to welcome you. There is water in a cooler in the waiting area and a television to keep you entertained as you wait.My first time I was offered a pillow for my neck I got to watch Netflix in the dentist chair as I waited to be seen by the dentist it is incredible.The dentist themselves are wonderful kind and caring always patient with me. I am nervous I have never had a good dentist before so my hopes were not high but Dr Lim and his employees are amazing everytime I visit. Dr. Lim personally called me on my birthday to wish me Happy birthday thats awesome. I almost struggled to write this review just because I wasnt ready to share them I wanted to keep them a secret but thats not fair.My friend Ava referred me to Dr Lims office and now Im referring my husband because he is so good.So thank you Dr Lim and staff for such a great dentist office.

Ive been here at least 5 times and Ive never had a problem. They treat me great always cracking jokes very friendly they are clear with their communication and they do a great job at keeping my teeth healthy and clean. Recommend 100

This is the worst dental office I could have gone to. Sent over all my information to them. They called to verify the info never called again even though I email them. Joanna must be the worst receptionist to promise things and never get back to people. So if you want to waste your time call them and speak with Joanna.

Smallish but comfortable dental office in Culver City. Front office is usually staffed by Johanna and Diana both of whom are very kind personable and helpful. Ive seen a few different dentists at this office including Dr. Travis Dr. Popeil and most recently Dr. Catalina. All are very good at what they do--professional conscientious and knowledgeable. I have developed a familiarity with this dental office which lends itself to my degree of comfort here.

This is one of the best dental practices I have ever been to. I started coming here as a referral both my parents have been here and now I have joined. My first time here was because of a very bad tooth infection which was causing me dizziness nausea poor eye sight among other things due to the infection. It was very easy to book an appt with the very nice and helpful lady at the front desk Nataly. Luckily Dr.Lim saw me right away and took care of the problem. I noticed the difference right away the next day after being on antibiotics and I didnt experience any negative symptoms. Instead I felt better as the days progressed after so long of having this infection. 2 of my teeth were extracted and now Im about to get my implants in which I am very excited aboutEveryone there is very nice Johanna Oliver and Keanna are great at what they do as. You can tell the staff is very happy working there and their work definitely shows I love that they make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process and that theyre honest about everything as everything is explained before anything so there arent any surprises. Dr.Lim has an amazing staff and I cant wait to get my implants in and refer others to this great location
