The staff are amazing the front desk is always willing to help out with flexibility your schedule if you need reference they will look for you. Very understandable.The therapist are awesome they are very sweet with the children always understanding their needs. Love all of them very respectful.My child is only 3 and i can definitely say he has came along way since he first started with them. He loved it and i know he misses it. He has an app on his tablet that was installed by Ms. Vera awesome therapist but they all are. He loves using it till now.The reason for my one goes towards Mohammed Alqudah who is the owner manager wjat ever his tile is. Very very unprofessional rude no mannersWhat so ever especially when you work with people special need children you should learn how to be humble. He didnt and hasnt had the curious of calling at least to apologize for how he spoke to me over the phone. I have also reported him to the state.We had our appt on a friday at 6pm. As am driving to the office about 2 blocks away my child starts throwing up to the point that his choking. I had to pull over n attend to him N of course i also call the office to inform of whats going on n we wont make it in. My luck Mohammed Alqudah picks up i start explaining whats going on he tells me someone else could of used this appt What the heck like what am i suppose to do take him in sick then tells me that his going to cancel all my on going appts due to i have alot going on and when am ready and want to take it serious to call back n see if there is room available. And hangs upAm the one that looked for services for my child you didnt come knocking on my door Am very consistant with my childs needs n what is good for him i take him 34 times a week for almost 2 yrs. Very disappointing.This isnt fare to my child he needs his services and he likes it there. Thank god started school n they are providing him with services there. I refuse to take my child if that man is still there.

Great staff and great receptionists. Mohammed the owner and I spoke over the phone multiple times until we were able to get everything approved through insurance. Mohammed worked with us to accommodate our sons very hectic schedule.

my experience with the service of this place was generally good considering that the therapists do their job well but the customer service staff is not as friendly as it should be and has unprofessional attitudes at times I personally noticed how they gossiped and teased someone one day thats why I didnt come back that was totally unpleasant for me.

I switched my sons health insurance from Horizon in NJ health to well care at the advice of this office so that way my son can start receiving speech therapy and he went in for an evaluation a month ago and they never submitted the evaluation for authorization from the insurance I called WellCare today and they said they have no record of an authorization on file very disappointed and its not fair to my son and myself knowing that he needs these services.

They are late a lot. We do virtual appointments since Covid. Class for example starts 11am they send the zoom link 1110 am. Just send it ahead of time so I can sign in. Why are they always going over the time from their previous appointment. I make it known to them and nothing changes. It annoying because I am a time conscious person. If you late for my appointment then you will be late for the next childs session. Not fair and I dont like it. Just be on time send link ahead of time you already k ow your schedule for the day.

Very nice place for your children to develop speech and other minor milestones. We are here with my 4 years old son every day except Sunday. Everyone receptionist therapists and manager all are very professional and nice. They are always willing to work with your schedule and time you need. We are so happy to be part of Garden State Rehab.

My son has been receiving speech therapy with Mr Malik 3 times a week for about 9 months. Mr Malik is great. My son loves coming to him. The front desk staff is also pleasant.

A waste of time they could care less about your kids. Receptionist to be exact I had appointments for both my kids on the same day and I canceled one appointment my son. when I arrived with my daughter they said there were no appointments for her. I drove 40 minutes in the rain. I worked overnight prior and there was no accommodations at all that were even trying to be made by them even though I canceled my sons appointment I could of been home. I still showed up for my daughters appointment and she was very nonchalant about it. like I didnt waste gas time to be there. I just nicely asked to take both my kids off there not returning because they could care less. And the nonchalant receptionist was very excited to do shes numb and cold but everyone has their day. I wish she had that same excitement to figure something out for my daughter because those are the dates I received from them. Im very upset about the whatever attitude.

The staff is so nice and welcoming. The place itself is very clean. The therapists are patient and kind. Would recommend this place.
