Long appointment for a crown prep. Roger has been doing my teeth for 20 years and is he best Diane was a wonderful assistant and made the experience so pleasurable.

First time there for check up and cleaning. Very friendly courteous professional staff. Dr Chen was very thorough in interpreting the X-rays and discussing next steps. Dr. Dominguez was thorough with his exams and gave me options for my treatment. Being a new patient they made sure to review and and took all the necessary X-rays to properly recommend a step by step process to achieve final recommendation. In addition Kelly performed a thorough cleaning as it has been 2 years since my last one. She was gentle and light with her hands. This was my first visit and Lina and Dr. Lily Chen were very friendly and really took their time explaining the process to me. I enjoyed that Dr. Chen was thorough which made me feel very comfortable with the work I needed to have done. The office staff was also super helpful and friendly. They were able to get me in 2 days after my first appointment to get my crown done and although my mouth was in pain I feel the work Dr. Chen did was very good. Overall very happy I switched to Gale Ranch Dentistry.

Today I had 3 cavities filled. Although I am a retired Deputy Sheriff and I like to think I am brave I still have a fear when I go to the dentist. As a child I experinced trauma as the result of some bad dentist visits that still bother me to this day. Fortunately a very nice Dental Assistant named April knew just the right amount of comforting and encouragement to make me feel comfortable before and during my procedure. I commend her for having the awareness to know my state of mind and how to best calm me down. She also distracted me with a very fascinating tale of her life. I am a loyal patient of Dr. Chang for over 30 years and will continue knowing that he has such a high quality office group including professionals like April.

The military just moved me to this area and I need to set up a new provider. This clinic was the only one able to accommodate me sooner. Parking was easy and the front desk workers were very pleasant. My hygienist was professional and explained all the X-rays I need to have. I have been in many different dental clinic for the past 17 years moving around the country and it is my first time to encounter a dentist stayed longer than 15 min during any of my visits. Dr. Chang was very thorough and took time to show me pictures of my teeth before and after cleaning even though I noticed the clinic was very busy. I would recommend this place to my coworkers and to everyone. Thank you.

I am yet to have a dental procedure at this place.Had been there as a new patient for an evaluation and was quite impressed with Dr. Bangs analytical expertise. Added to this their courteous staff and helpful dental assistants made my visit worth the while. Another plus point is they are in network with my insurance.Update I had my first cleaning. It was done thoroughly and patiently. The hygienist also shared a few tips to maintain oral hygiene.If there is one area that calls for some improvement it is housekeeping.
