As a pediatric neurologist, I specialize in treating children with epilepsy. I also manage patients under the age of 18 who have fainting spells, staring spells or frequent daydreaming, headaches or migraines, dizziness, tics or abnormal movements, developmental concerns or delays, and abnormal head size or shape, in addition to many other neurological concerns in the field. As the director of pediatric epilepsy at NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island, I perform elective and emergent continuous video electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring in the hospital setting, as well as routine and ambulatory video EEG monitoring in my outpatient practice to evaluate seizures and spells in children. We also offer brainstem auditory evoked response (BAER) testing at the Neurodiagnostics Laboratory at NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island, and in my practice, I offer continuous performance test (CPT) for children with attention issues. We are a well-established practice that provides excellent care to children with neurological concerns. We work with parents and caregivers as a team, so their children can feel and be their best.
