My daughter went here for 1.5 years. I had to pull her abruptly because I began to notice changes in my child. She no longer wanted to go to school. She was beginning to ask me to wait for her at school. She would tell me how one specific teachers aid was really mean to her. When I spoke with her teacher she always played it off as if my child was not telling the story as it happened. Lastly she began to have frequent urination due to stress in school. When I advised the teacher of this diagnosis by a pediatrician her teacher tried to emphasize the change was at home and not in school. Odd when my child doesnt urinate excessively at home - only at school. My daughter was made out to be too sensitive and needing support for crying easily. In the time my daughter was there. She learned nothing. She didnt even know how to spell her name.Recently I met another mom whos child is in my daughters kinder class. We discussed our experiences and we realized too many similarities. Such mean teachers aids and the teacher defending her staff. How our children would ALWAYS come home thirsty with full water bottles bc their water bottles werent given to them. How they never finished their lunches due to insufficient time.I dont know about the other teachers at this school but I would be very cautious with Ms. Gloria and her staff Mr. Jim and Ms. Shirley.I wish I wouldve kept my child in Ontario state preschool. Her teacher there was amazing and very good at educating the children and helping them prepare for kindergarten.
