I really was so excited and hopeful going into an opportunity for a camp experience for my son. What happened unfortunately was a disaster. I registered and payed in February fulfilled all the uploading documentation necessary and 3 months later I was notified of a rejection. The qualification process is not transparent I and I am not satisfied with the results. This was not even close to the level of respect I believe a place of business shouldcould provide.

Is any school perfect No. But what makes a great school is an administration and teachers who care listen and most importantly make changes based on feedback. That is what I see at AOWL. My son has gone from hating school being bullied and getting lost in a system that didnt actually care to being a part of a community. Hes made friends and has a better understanding of who he is and what he wants. He continues to make progress every year and now has a future What more can you ask for

My son is now in his seventh year at this amazing school. Absolutely life changing for him and our family. He has found a community that will enable him to meet his potential socially and educationally.

Over the years I have come to be very emotionally invested in our mission and our students at Academy of Whole Learning. All that we do to help our students academically socially and emotionally thrive and that I could be a part of that means so much to me

AOWL is a revolutionary institution in the Minneapolis metro that serves our Autistic and other neuro-diverse youth. They have a K-12 school therapy services enrichment programs and now an adult education program.

This school isnt bad by any means but because the teachers are vaccinated they do not care to control their students mask wearing usage properly. I am very disappointed about the conduct of the teachers. They are not at all being responsible for ensuring students have a safe learning environment. This is particularly applicable to tassel transition.

Academy of Whole Learning is the premier school for students on the spectrum and with related learning disabilities. The small teacher to student ratio the behavioral services offered the amazing faculty and facilities... truly amazing school.

There is nothing like this school in the entire metro My children with autism are getting a top notch education that is tailored to their individual learning level while also being taught invaluable things like life skills and social skills. The small size of the classes allows for one-on-one instruction and it is one of the few places I have ever been where the entire staff from the receptionist to the classroom teachers to the administration totally get how to educate children on the autism spectrum. My kids are able to be themselves and I no longer worry about bullying or teasing. We also are thrilled to be able to access other services on site such as speech therapy and occupational therapy. Having everything center based is so helpful Finally my kids have loved being involved in the extra activities and sports the school offers such as basketball and flag football that is partnered with Special Olympics. We have had an overall awesome experience and my kids finally have made lasting friends thanks to this amazing school
