They dont care for children

Dr. Mase is great. However my kids had an appointment at 930am this morning. As a working mom my day is planned. We have been in the office since 930am and the NP Lori has not even shown up to work How unprofessional. You cannot run a practice like that. It is unacceptable It shows disregard for your patients and their time.

I sign up my son on this office. I was pleased at first even tough his father wasnt so much because of one of the doctor sexual preference. My son was seen by doctor Mase who is ok. Shortly after I went threw a custody battle with his father. His father made friendsbuddy with doctor Santos to gain custody interest against me and this doctor went out of his way to write a write letter to the judge were he is being bias and hurting his reputation as a profesional doctor. Im happy with the final decision. But this place...this place has left me with no words. Doctor Santos should not be picking sides during custody fuse and getting involve in family court matter. Unless it had to due with my child safety. Other than that he should not be getting involved in courts issues. I dont know if my baby father paid him hes unprofessional untrustworthy and a conflict of interest. Picking sides between parents on a child under two is uncalled for and doctor Santos added more conflict to the present situation. In a situation where he is clueless and does not know what is happening away from the public eyes. Dont Recommend this Place.

I love this office The girls are awesome the Drs are awesome Moved an hour away and make the commute because its so great

Customer service here is perfect and the doctor Mase is the best Pediatrician a Parent can ever think of.

The best Doctor my daughter ever had.
