About Foundations Psychological Services

Foundations Psychological Services is owned and operated by Drs. Schilling and Hess who have extensive experience providing a range of psychological and psycho-educational evaluations. Both doctors specialize in the assessment of autism spectrum disorder in very young children through adults. As noted above, standard evaluations for children 5 years of age and under are offered at a flat rate of $4,590, and evaluations for children 6 years of age through adults are offered at a flat rate of $6,120. All other services are billed at an hourly rate of $255. Foundations is now happy to accept credit card payments through online invoicing serviced by PayPal. A $500 discount is offered to families paying by cash or check, for totals of $4,090 and $5,620 respectively. A deposit of 50% of the evaluation cost is due at the initial appointment, and the remainder is due on the day feedback is provided. Please contact Foundations with any questions regarding medical insurance benefits. Each insurance provider generates unique rules and regulations regarding reimbursement, and Foundations cannot guarantee reimbursement for services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly prior to commencement of an evaluation to inquire if a service is covered.
