Ive been taking my sibling to see Hannah for several months now and I cannot speak highly enough of the work she is doing in their sessions. Hannah is incredibly professional kind and knowledgeable about the work she does and if you are looking for someone to trust while working with your child I recommend her wholeheartedly. Ive also spoken to Harley over the phone and have to say Ive only ever had positive experiences communicating with the office.

The counseling place would be nice to you if you continue the sessions with them. The problem will come when you cancel it. Let me explain how it works.The first time you enroll they will ask you to sign on a bundle of pages which also mentions that your credit card would remain on file. Your appointment reminder comes 24 hours before while in the same bundle they had mentioned they have 48 hours cancellation policy that means you can never reschedule or cancel it because now you are subjected to a 90 fee. You cant deny it as your card is on their file already.Trust me its better to talk to family or friends instead of getting into their vortex and losing money for nothing I wish I could give zero star rating.Not only that I was told that my first session would cost me 125 and all subsequent ones would be 100 however my insurance claim shows a charge of 167 and now I have to pay that plus the cancellation fee of 90.Not only that the height of it is that cancellation fee is billed as Late Fee. When the appointment is scheduled for 500 PM how can it be billed as Late Fee at 900 am the same day Is there any law which controls mis conduct of health providers Who can trust them with their personal life if their conduct is like thisOnly one word of advice -Avoid them if you can.

For starters I am NOT an effective communicator AT ALL and absolutely struggled with admitting I needed help mentally however after speaking with Harley she was super helpful and comforting and was able to pair me with a therapist that she felt would be best suited for me at least as a starting point on my journey to mental health recovery. Super affordable and they are willing to work with anyone who is wanting help.

When reaching out to the office to schedule it was a very inviting and welcoming experience. The staff are very friendly and understanding of my schedule and putting me with the correct therapist for my needs. This is not something I found with other offices I contacted.

I have sent many patients to Focus Forward over the past 15 years and will continue doing so. They provide excellent care and are responsive with inquiries....

Having worked with Hannah Croft for several years. I can attest to how much of a caring and empathetic person and therapist she is. I would highly recommend seeking services at this location simply based on the fact that she works there. A a professional in the field Hannah is one of the primary people I would use as a referral for a client. She is compassionate and evidence driven. She is a wonderful person and an excellent therapist. I you get the chance to work with her then you have been blessed.

I just wrapped up sessions with my therapist Simone Allmon after reaching a point where I could take the reins on my own.Shes been instrumental in helping me to grow and move past many traumas and core beliefs that I had repressed for years that were eating away at me. Her CBT methodology is very sound and she has a great deal of patience. She provided me with many resources that gave me the education I needed to continue growing on my own. She was very good at knowing when to dig in and help me face my problems even when difficult and when to take time to strengthen our bondtrust.Overall I am very happy with her services and Im extremely grateful to focus forward for employing her and enabling her to do her work.

Great practice. Theyve been very transparent about their policies and went above and beyond working with me through an insurance change. And most importantly I have a therapist I feel comfortable talking to who gives constructive feedback.

Harley is an absolute dream to work with Excellent intake process. Very professional helpful and knowledgeable. Helped navigate me to which Dr. Would be the best fit for me and worked with my aggravating schedule. Would definitely recommend this company to work with
