My name is Taylor Merrill. I am the founder of Flourish Behavioral Co. and a mom of four. I have eight years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and over twelve years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. My passion for ABA originates from my own experiences with having a sibling who is on the spectrum and watching my parents advocate for them. Not only do I enjoy working with families to improve communication skills, social skills, and independent daily living skills, but my hope is to create a collaborative effort that focuses on meaningful goals that support real-life success at home and in the community.

Taylor’s passion for ABA is deeply personal. Having a sibling on the autism spectrum, she grew up witnessing her parents advocate for their child and family. This experience shaped her commitment to supporting children and families through compassionate, individualized care.

Taylor enjoys partnering with families to help children strengthen their communication and social skills, develop independence in daily living, and build skills that translate into everyday life. Through Flourish Behavioral Co., she strives to create a collaborative approach centered on meaningful goals that support each child’s growth and success at home and in the community.
