Introduction
Hello! I’m a pediatric speech-language pathologist based in Rohnert Park-Cotati, California, where I have the privilege of working with children 2 to 15 years of age. My therapy approach is child-led, play-based, and strengths-focused. I believe that every child is unique, and I tailor my sessions to meet them where they are honoring their autonomy and interests in a way that encourages growth and learning.
A cornerstone of my work is empowering families to support their child’s progress beyond the therapy room. I strongly believe that therapy doesn’t end when the session is over, which is why I dedicate time to equip families with the tools, materials, and strategies to continue their child’s practice at home. Direct coaching and collaboration with both the child and their family are integral to the process!
What words would you use to describe yourself?
Compassionate
Patient
Thoughtful
I am often described as compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing thoughtful care. I focus on building a safe space for children and their families, where connection is at the heart of everything I do.
Who are you best positioned to serve?
I specialize in early intervention, speech sound disorders, and language-based challenges such as social communication, as well as receptive and expressive language support. I am especially passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum, using engaging materials, toys, and activities that align with their specific interests to foster meaningful language development.
While I focus primarily on speech and language development, my practice does not include stuttering or fluency-based disorders, nor do I offer feeding/swallowing therapy services.
