I started my 21month old son here about a month ago. I really like Robert his instructor. Robert is super great with him helping him acclimate to a new person in the pool with him. Robert takes his time and is super support and comforting to my son. Im giving it 3 stars because I have been less then impressed with the front desk staff. You can never get anyone on the phone. I had to go in person after playing phone tag for months. Even in person I had to introduce myself and ask for assistance when I walked in. No greeting from the 2 people sitting at the desk. I never got a tour and in all honesty felt like I was interrupting their social media time. Even since going to class every week there is no welcome hello or any acknowledgment when we walk in or leave. Their customer service is severely lacking. But on that note I keep coming back because I really enjoy the Instructor.

Coach Damon is amazing he has a true gift with kids. Two of our three were really fearful of swimming but he gained their trust and theyre all doing amazing in a few short months. We love coming here and I like that you can text them to schedule.

My son went here for a few months. We had the Drake who we liked but their system allows for 3 kids per instructor. Somehow my son consistently got less than 10 minutes of instruction per class. The rest of the time the kids are hanging on the wall playing with toys.Additionally there is very little forgiveness with missed classes. You have to make them up during the month you miss or you lose them. I get that its a business designed to make money but they run it like thats all they care about. Hard to trust a place like that.

The staff was nice but they dont actually teach ur kids how to swim. They have very tight schedules and they do nothin but take ur kid in the water for few mins. Private teacher turned out to be cheaper when u calculate the time spent learning instead of waiting. Terrible way to teach kids to swim.

The instructors specially the female instructors are very good. My two kids are going in Floaties since they were in kindergarten but the cleanliness is a big issue they dont take care of. The changing rooms which are the most used by everyone is in terrible shape. They dont bother to clean the shower area too.

Wanted swim and water safety lessons for my 2 year old and had a bizarre experience here. No organization no class structure just a tiny community pool with a bunch of children swimming around and instructors who are not qualified dont explain a single thing and just float around aimlessly in the crowded space with tons of people all in at once. What is represented online on their website is not the true experience at all. They do not offer refunds and do not teach your child a thing. Never going back.

We had our first experience with Floaties this summer. Our first lesson was with Robert. My children loved him and asked if they could have him every week. He did a great job teaching them and making it fun. The next lesson we had was with Damon and he did a great job too. They said they wanted to have him every time too The front desk staff was very helpful and patient as well.

Exceptional staff.Bathrooms and changing rooms could use some love but the lessons itself and the staff is beyond what I could ask.My daughter is 5. She started at 5 months shes an exceptional swimmer. My son is 3 and started at 11 months. Being water safe in California is very important to me.

I have 3 words simple and short for someone who doesnt have time to read full reviewDONT WASTE MONEY. If I can I would give a ZERO rating.I have both my kids 3 and 5 years enrolled for 4 classes a week 2 one hour sessions. Out of an hour session my both kids together hardly get 15 minutes of instructors time. The course is not organized. The pool is a chaos. The kids are swimming all over the pool without any lanes across the poolsideways all kinds of directions. The instructor does not correct anything what my kids does. There is no life guard. No manager to even provide feedback or see how the instructors are doing. When I tried to provide feedback to the front desk they ask me to go talk to the instructor. It should be their job to check if my feedback is true and then take actions accordingly which tells me they dont care about making the place any better. There is not a single time I saw instructor correcting their posture trying to tell them what they are doing wrong. We were told the instructor was new but it is floaties job to train her. There is no process or training for the instructors I believe.. There is a absolutely no value for the money or time I spend. There is no Communication on what is being taught what we can expect and what is the progress. My kids had been to swimming classes in Arizona for 2 months and learned front float back floatdecent kicks rollover and rollback. My elder one can actually swim across the pool by rolling overbreathrollbackkick. We wanted to continue with next level and the instructor doesnt care. If you want your kid to learn to swim properly this is not the place. No process not at all organized. It would take years for kids to be even water safe going here. I have cancelled the sessions and just finishing up for what I have paid upfront. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.My elder one says that he doesnt like here as they dont teach him anything new or even teach him how to do it. He says it is like we play in the pool and he likes our pool better. So whats the point in paying 500 a month.

Best place ever This place gives kids not only a playroom but also give them interative lessons. Also they give you one absent.
