About Fit & Fun: Promoting Healthy Lifestyles

“Fit and Fun” is an interdisciplinary, university based physical exercise and relaxation program for high-functioning adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Ashleigh Hillier, Ph.D. (UML Department of Psychology) and Deidra Murphy, PT, DPT, MHA, MS (UML Department of Physical Therapy) direct the Fit and Fun program at UMass Lowell.
