BEWARE. They are VERY shady with their billing practices. I just contacted my insurance company and involving the state authorities.

Irene the hygienist is wonderful I walked out feeling I had got the whitening treatment which I cant imagine how bright it would be. Would definitely refer the practice to colleagues friends and family. Gracie was also especially accommodating and so kind. Family atmosphere making each smile count.

Staff is incredibly kind understanding and extrenely gentle. Im beyond terrified of dentists mostly the noises the tools make and Im 24 years old. Even though i might not have made it easy for them they treated me kindly and took extra time to make sure I was okay. I dont think Ill be as nervous the next time I go because of how amazing they are

The front office is cheerful helpful. Irene is especially gentle well-informed Dr Feiz is as always thorough genuinely interested in my wellness. I couldnt be happier with his care.

It was just an all around great experience. Everyone was soooooo kind and welcoming. They made me feel like I was among friends and family. Tbh Ive never had a dental experience anything like this. And Dr. F just takes the cake. Hes so amazing and considerate

I am so dissapointed in my experience with this office. The receptionist is condescending and does not place emphasis on patient care. I called the office on the verge of tears due to the pain of an impacted wisdom tooth - she did not return my voicemail. When I called again to follow up myself I received no acklowledgement to her lack of follow up and was told the Doctor would review my xrays first thing the next morning. Do you think I ever heard back Nope. So unprofessional and inhumane its horrible. I will not be returning.

Not good. Ask the patient at the outset of the appointment what your desired objective is.I specifically articulated during my initial interaction with Dr. Feiz that I did not have the financial means for any elective or fees above beyond what my plan coveredpost the normal general check up with my dentist.However instead I was hit with a 320 proposition for a deep cleaning based upon my current disposition. I found it VERY manipulative disingenuous and deceptive for the fact that I VOLUNTEERED this information prior to the diagnosis from the good doctor.As such I will not return to this practice where I was not presented with OPTIONS. The doctor actually refused to perform a basic cleaning. Really This is AT LEAST BETTER THAN NOTHING given the fact that I disclosed with full transparency that I had not seen a dentist for 5 years or so. Is it not normal to think that a basic cleaning is better than nothing He refused. This practice is driven. Bye

Dr Feizbakhsh and his employees are a pleasure to work with. The office is extremely clean and has been every time I have gone. I trust his opinion as he always provides me different options and has very reasonable prices. I feel very lucky to have dentist like him and I recommend him to people who are looking for high quality and honest dentist.
