Horrible management practices and some of the staff abuses the individuals regularly. And management covers it up blames it on the individual saying its self inflicted. If youre a whistleblower youre ostracized by management and employees and the individuals are informed about the whistleblower and they act out towards them as well making it a hostile work environment. I know someone who work there and are currently going through this now.

I have went there before just for beginners lessons drumming style. staff people are nice people. agency is most fave agency of minei enjoy going to multi purpose room multiple times a year. i am part of program without walls program

I want this program to moved to Brooklyn this is not a safe place for your children to go to they dont care about your kids. These people dont even watch your children to make sure they are safe in the community all they do scream and yell your kidsthese people dont care about hurting your childrens feelings. These people dont keep your kids safe they dont stay with themI want to have this Place in shutdown no one should go Back Ethis Program is not a safe Place to send your children to true OKnobody should go Back to this Place its Not safe for them true toI want to have this Place in Lock down I want it out of Business

Being a neigh or to one of these for last 5 years has been nothing but harassment from workers speeding being loud and just plain cruel to the neighborhoods. Drug use in the cars passive comments disruption of family events especially if u live next door. We havnt been able to eat outside for lunch or dinner in peace like before they showed up over 6 years ago. Addedly they paid extra to beat other homebuyers to get there. What a curse

This company is a really bad company. They do not pay. And these are extremely racistic atmosphere towards white people I work there I have been fighting for months to get paid Ive also observed extreme racial hate towards the white people and the white people in care...do not trust your loved ones with this company. There is something very evil about this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What you have here is an organization that lines its pockets with donations and grants. Affording beautiful offices but providing their clients with the lowest possible level of care.If you want to safeguard your loved ones with special needs - avoid like the plague. I have seen horrors. This organization is so concerned with making money for itself that they will not graduate clients to higher levels of housing because they would lose income.If you want to work somewhere that values your time and hard work - This isnt the place. They will look for any excuse to not pay you. Due to an extremely high turnover rate you will also be expected to often work back to back shifts with no notice and sometimes no extra compensation.Who do they hire Impressionable youth out of college who want to help in earnest. They do this so that they can bully them around and move on to the next person if need be.If you think about it the cornerstone of this business is people. What that means is you arent a person if you work or live here. You are a commodity to be used and exploited.There was recently a class action lawsuit against this company by middle management. Its not difficult to understand why. Upper management largely act like children who are more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs.I hope by reading this Ive helped save your time and energy.

Ive reported abuse 3 xs one case they suspended supervisor then placed her in another group home She hit my daughter in front of me Other not giving my daughter her medications as dr prescribed made my daughter psychotic. Unfounded by justice center Why unfounded Other going on now my daughters on wrong psych meds again. Manic depressed but staff wont bring her to Hosp keep just ignoring or writing her upDr.isnt listening about changing her meds to get her level herself again. Shes asking to go to Hosp. No one will take her saying you dont need one I need help on what to do. Has there ever been investigation in these homesw staff w this agency Needs to be How much training do staff get if any

Caring providers interesting curriculum and activities - my special needs son loves it here and actively waits for the next visit schedule. He has been to more amusement centers and theme parks through the programs at FREE than with us

Run Worst agency to work for. MAnagement is only for themselves...everyone else can expect to get either fired or written up when things go wrong. Pay is horrible for the amount of workresponsibilities you are given. They keep piling it on without any additional compensation. Worst is working 50 hrs in a week but only getting paid for 40 hrs. Were expected to answer our agency phones and have to work on our days off. You pretty much sell your soul as soon as you agree to work for this agency. Stay away

This is the worst agency to work for. They dont care about employees and their well being. On countless times employee pay checks were delayed due to payroll error. Employees dont work their butts off to be told that their hard earned money is delayed. This is insensitive and careless. Fire the ENTIRE payroll department. The pay already sucks as is. PAY PEOPLE WHAT THEY DESERVE AND ON PAYDAY. peoples livelihoods are at steak.
