Clients pay their financial advisors every month out of their government check just to be met with severe lack of communication disrespect and gross mismanagement of clients funds. Good luck getting the receptionist to answer the phone during business hours... I can do bad all on my own. No thanks Family Elder Care The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars rather than one or none there are the rare caseworkers that do go above and beyond their call of duty. I met one....and then she quickly found another position at another organization. Smh

Life Changing. Special thank to Tanika Fosterfrom Austin Family Elder Care. Do to my Ex Felon status I found myself unable to qualify for safe secure and affordable housing. I found myself homelessliving in my truck and eventually moving to a motel.A fellow Veteran told of a caring case worker at Elder Care. He said she was able to get him housed within a week. This was a personI needed to reach out too. I got no responsebecause this is a scheduled program.I had been on ECHO housing list for 5 years at this pointbut hadnt heard from them.As mercy would have itI recieved a call from the very person I reached out too. She has truly helped me find housing and other resources. Butwhat Im most thankful foris her genuine love for all people. No judgement from her. She is psycologically and administratively able to change the trajectory of a persons future. Thats REMARKABLE. Thanks Tanika-Thanks Family ElderCare. If you find this review helpfulbe sure to like. This organization is kinda good except for the case workers there they need to be more responsible

If there was a negative number I would given them a negative 99.Ever since Carmen left this place has literally gone to the dogs. They hire compromised people. For example this person there caused my boyfriend to not be able to use his Lone Star card to buy food for over a month. The employee claimed she did everything right. This person also kept asking for his his hulu password. Finally he got tired of her asking and he gave it to her. That night he was locked out of his HULU. Surprise...What were the odds in that He changed his password three TIMES. That female who was working for FEC asked him for the password each time. And each time he was locked out of it. More than a coincidence. They have shady people with no morals no integrity working for this company. Do you want them handling your moneyTHEY WERE LATE PAYING HIS ATT BILL FOR 7 MONTHS. ATT BILLED HIM 8 DOLLARS EACH MONTHS. DO THE MATH. THATS 56 DOLLARS THAT FEC OWES MY BOYFRIEND.FYI THIS PLACE DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE THEY HAVE HIRED SEVERAL BLACKS AND BROWNS.PERHAPS THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN APPLYING DOESNT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR NOR EDUCATION THAT IS REQUIRED.

This place has been a nite mare and a big problem ever since the director had me removed from service care and left me with a payee from their organization that has been in a very long taking my money and paying it to community first villages extortion money that happens to have two offices on property

If you like not being able to access your money these guys are who you want and if you every need b to get intouch with anyone you cant and there mailboxes are always full so you c a nt level a message

The worst place I have been letting managing my money. They dont tell me nothing about decisions they make with my money. They are suppose to pay my bills and my phone has been disconnected three times for non payment. They miss my allowances give me more money in days out of regular schedule all that and much more and they never apologize or tell me anything about it neither if I ask whats going on. Every mistake they make I have to pay with my money. They dont have communication skills always talking over my talk and never answer my questions. I am looking for a lawyer to deal with this people and get the rights of my SSI like before. They got me stuck with them and make my life so miserable. They should not be open and the chance I get to sue them I will make them close down. I have no respect for them. And I am disabled. Shame on people who take advantage of disabled people.

In my opinion they are in it for there ultimate gain and not there clients . It is my belief that they dont keep updated and accurate records on what they recieve and what they document that they recieve and deposit into there account and they are crooksbut they can get away with it because the Great State of Texas Supports them in every way so that is the heart of the matter and I believe with all my heart dont trust them with your future assetsbecause you will left out in therain with no umbrella and no money to buy one.

Diversity Equity Inclusion Need to be revised because Ive sent several brown and blacks to apply yes they were interviewed and qualified and some were entry level positions but not was hired

I cannot wait to be on the streets because parents decide to force their opinions on children that need first-hand experience and to accept there are consequences throughout our lives. I have spent around a week waiting for my original documents social security award letter social security card birth certificate documentation food stamps information and other original documentation to obtain the medical insurance cards too. Its been seven days since I have had much food and advise other humans to not use their services.
