Weve been going to Eyas for at least 6 years now and are switching out to several new clinics to meet all of our daughters therapeutical needs instead because the quality of staff and operations took a nosedive.Turnover rate of the therapists is absolutely astounding our daughter was getting tossed between therapists every few months as many therapists would exit out. I guess they pay hourly rather than salary and thats only the beginning of employeeemployer relations. The therapists coming in are way less qualified than the therapists they are replacing and yet Eyas is still charging pur insurance a whopping 240hour for each session. They are straight out of lesser colleges and barely got their basic certifications. The therapists coming in are not there to build relationships with their clients and parents. Its become a lukewarm environment where theyre just rotating through their students.New parent communication protocol with the therapists has also become ridiculous as you now have to go through the front desk which also has a high turnover rate so they dont know the students or their schedules. The last handful of times I attempted to relay a message about running late for pick-up or being outside for pick-up the messages werent relayed. And the pattern continues.I addressed the concerns about the downslide of Eyas over the years and although met with understanding and validating the issues nothing has changed. No toys or even chalk in the waiting room its just an overall industrial style approach to therapy with special needs kids now. Very sad and disappointing.Do not recommend.

My son is a physical therapy client at Eyas. The early intervention has truly helped him to gain greater mobility and improved his torticollis symptoms. PT is like playtime to him and he loves spending time with Jenna H. and Monica V. each week and they are very communicative on his progress. The Eyas team - especially Matteo - is kind understanding and flexible helping to reschedule appointments and doing at-home visits when needed.

Our son has benefitted from multiple therapy modalities at Eyas for the last few years. It is so good to have multiple modalities offered at the same facility so that the therapists can work together and so that our son could develop a familiarity with the facility and therapists which went a long way to aid in his progression and comfort level. They even offer an excellent summer camp where kids can get more hands on care with specific goals. our son was having trouble learning to ride a bike and the bike riding camp helped him develop his balance and bike riding skills. We loved all our top notch therapists.

My daughter has been attending Eyas Landing andor their sister company Blue Bird Day for the better part of 4 years. Over that time we have worked with countless therapists teachers aides and receptionists and I am convinced that Eyas Landing is filled with people who are not only excellent at what they do but who genuinely love the people they work with. Currently my daughter receives Speech OT and ABA and we work with about 5 different therapists. My daughter loves all her therapists. They know how to keep her engaged and challenged. They listen intently to my concerns and keep me informed of her progress and ways I can help her at home and school. They also meet frequently so if I tell a concern to one therapist that therapist will share it with everyone else on her team so everyone is working on similar goals. She attended summer camp there and when she went back to school her teachers aides and even the principal commented on how much she had progressed in her speech and behavior. Eyas Landing gets results and makes you feel at home. What more could you ask for I highly recommend

Eyas Landing is amazing. One of our twin boys needed help with his motor skills. Dr. Jessica T would come to our house every week to work with him. She is incredible. She always showed up on time worked the full hour with him always brought different things for him to try reached out to us with suggestions even after appointments and gave my wife updates after each session since she could not be there for them. Our boy is doing amazing with no issues at all now. We both highly suggest Eyas Landing Thank you Dr. Jess

I was connected with Laura when my oldest son was referred for OT through Early Intervention. After he aged out of EI we added additional private therapy services for him at Eyas Landing. I was so impressed with the staff and facility that after I became a foster mom I always requested my kids with needs be followed through Eyas Landing too. It was a sad day when they aged out of Early Intervention because we all adored the staff at Eyas. My oldest son loves the summer camps now which are a great adjunct to the therapies he receives at school. I highly recommend Eyas Landing for their beautiful facilities and smart kind and flexible therapists.

We cant say enough about the staff and our experience at Eyas Landing. My son started receiving OT services there when he was almost 4 and their sensory integration program is phenomenal. The genuine kindness of the staff is something thats so rare to come by as well. His services were totally customized based on the constant communication we had with his therapists and the staff went above and beyond to visit him at his activities and at his school when he transferred out from their preschool program. Thanks to the incredible support he received at Eyas my son is now a thriving first grader. We feel that he is more confident expressive and well grounded than many of his peers. He has a very good understanding of his limits and what he needs to be at his best and knows to ask for it and take care of himself physically and emotionally. We cant thank Eyas enough. The effects of the love and support he received there will last a lifetime for my son and for us as his parents.
