Ive been working with Jackie since I was diagnosed with Gestational diabetes at 11 weeks pregnant. I was stressed at first because its sort of new territory for me but after speaking with Jackie she made me feel a little more at ease. I get the opportunity to work with her every two weeks and shes excellent at what she does. Ive learned quite a bit while adjusting to new nutrition habits and new foods. I have been seeing Kristina at Evolution Nutrition for over a year now and have lost more weight in that time than I have been able to do for over 20 years and with littles stress and anxiety. She is well informed about nutrition and has simple things to do or add or eliminate from your diet to help with weight loss control cholesterol blood pressure and generally eat more healthy and she does it in a way that doesnt significantly interrupt your usual routines...which seems to work best for me. She is non-judgmental but informative kind and encouraging. Kelly has been wonderful. She has to be one of the most patient people willing to go the extra mile to explain what I should do and why it makes a difference. Whenever I ask questions she will provide me with reading materials with more information that has been validated on the subject so I dont need worry about the accuracy authenticity of what I might find on the internet.
