Ms. Evelyn is one of the BEST speech therapists you will ever meet. It is rare to find something that has helped our son in speech in a small amount of time. She is very knowledgeable and would find many creative ways to help him speak through play. She has helped our son tremendously in speech, especially with apraxia over the last year and half. She is very patient with us and him when we found out what particular speech our son had. Not only has she helped, but helped our son find his confidence too! Our son is very active, but Ms. Evelyn was able to learn about his interests and would include it during her sessions and it would encourage him to speak in more phrases and sentences. I can tell she really cares about our son and after each session she would give us homework to work on with him throughout the week. We appreciated this a lot. She not only helps our son each time we see her, but she has developed a friendship with our son, who is always looking forward to seeing her.

Ms. Evelyn is the BEST. She has been my son’s SLP for almost a year now. Without her we wouldn’t have learned about his childhood apraxia of speech diagnosis, which we were so glad to learn that she is certified in. Since working with Ms. Evelyn consistently, my son’s speech has exploded. He is now confident to try new & different words, when before working with her he mostly would mumble. She also creates an amazing rapport with her kiddos. My son is always so excited to go to speech and learn/play with her.

Ms. Evelyn is amazing. Just in the matter of few meetings she has corrected a lisp issues for our son. Besides that she went above and beyond to help with speech evaluation before school evaluation. And she started addressing language/grammar issues when she noticed them, even though they were not noticed during initial evaluation. We couldn’t recommend her high enough.

Most therapists only focus on the problem that the child was referred for. Good therapists tend to the patient and don't become single minded in focusing on the refered issue. Evelyn is an amazing therapist! She has not only helped my son with his speech therapy but she has gone above and beyond in trying to guide us to resources to help him overcome not only his speech but his arfid issues. When I felt unheard by my son's pediatrician concerning my son having a tongue tie, she referred him to a myofunctional therapist and assisted me in getting him evaluated. My son's tie has been released and I see great progress with him and we could not have done that without her. She cares for her patients and wants them to thrive. We appreciate her so much.

We have been with Ms. Evelyn almost 3years. She has been of greate help with my sons communication. My son uses an eyegaze device and since he started with Ms.Evelyn we have noticed greate improvement. At the beginning he did not even want to look at his device and now he is even able to tell us when he is not feeling well and express his wants and needs. she has been helpful with high tech, low tech and keeping my sons engaged. She is so sweet,we always look forward to our sessions

Evelyn is such an amazing speech therapist! She is so caring and has such great relationships with all of the families she works with. She is super knowledgable about AAC and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She goes above and beyond to make sure the families and caregivers she works with feel involved in their loved ones care, I highly recommend working with her!
