Eureka Pediatrics

Just a couple days after having my first child I was told my newborn needed a billirubin bed and one was being ordered for her. One could not be delivered to my area and when we were talking to eureka pediatrics they refused to help us. We were panicked and scared and didnt know what to do our infant was about 2 days old her billirubin levels were too high and she was jaundice. They had us on hold and when the clock hit 5 they shut off the phones and dropped our call . We were clueless and they basically left us to figure this out ourselves it was very unprofessional. This was a terrible experience for new parents the first week is hard enough as it is. I will add though I do trust the drs at eureka pediatrics.

I started taking my son to Eureka Pediatrics several years ago. What I like most is that they are not tied to any one hospital or healthcare system. My grand-daughter now goes to this office too. They have a great location and a nice office with a well waiting room and a sick waiting room. The staff is wonderful too.

my son is 18 and Dr Green has been with us since day 1. Taken great care of all 3 of my boys such a great loving caring Dr and his medical staff. We love eureka pediatrics. Not ready for my kids to go to family Dr growing up to fast

We have brought all 3 kids here for the part 9 years. The staff is wonderful and remembers my kids and things about them. They make my kids feel welcome and comfortable every time we go in. Dr. Green is excellent. He is a great listener supportive of breastfeeding moms pays attention to what my kids need and has always given sound advice and diagnosis.

I love Eureka Pediatrics We have experienced seeing all three doctors and all of them had great qualities they bring to the table. They are very patient and kind with my kids. Always have appointment openings the same week when theyre sick.

We love Eureka pediatrics Weve been going here since my oldest was a newborn and hes 3 now We moved up to florissant but i refuse to find a new pediatrician because dr Nozaki has been wonderful for us.

We absolutely love our pediatrician and cant say enough good things about them. They call after every visit to follow up. They even call to follow up after I call the nurse line on the weekend. I always feel like they listen intently to my concerns and respond in thoughtful ways.

Love love love this office My brothers and myself grew up going to Dr. Green. And now all 4 of my children go to Dr. Green. I WouldWillDo highly recommend Eureka Pediatrics to anyone looking for a great team of Nurses and Doctors to care for little ones

My 9 year old son has been seeing Dr Nozaki at eureka pediatrics since he was born. We have had nothing but a great experience. We are always quick to get in the wait for Dr is sometimes quick and sometimes slow but he is always kind and great with my son. He will sit and explain anything you need.Desk ladies are also very kind when I walk in. And when I call or email for information they are quick to reply and help.Would recommend them

We moved to Eureka and Eureka Pediatrics was referred to us. Upon making my first call to inquire about the services I was treated very poorly and my questions dismissed by a woman named Wanda. We went ahead and made an appointment. During the 6 months that we used Eureka pediatrics the front office staff has always been anything but pleasant.Dr. Green who we saw and his nurse were good it was just the poor customer service you received before and after seeing the doctor.Most recently I had an issue with my newborn being sick for over half its life and not getting any answers from the doctor. When I asked the front office staff why I have to continue to pay a co pay when no one is examining and helping my newborn only weighing her and telling me to come back in two days if not better I was told by Wanda to go find another doctor.There was no sympathy for my 5 week old being sick no getting the doctor to talk to me just a very rude woman telling me to go elsewhere. Clearly this office doesnt care about the wellbeing and health of children only about getting the insurance co-pays.After speaking with others in Eureka about this incident apparently Wanda has told anyone who has any issue to go find another doctor instead of trying to provide customer service and resolve the issue.I would not recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Green is great but his gatekeepers make the experience not worth the hassle.
