Hi, I’m Erin! I am a licensed speech-language pathologist and AAC specialist with 12 years of experience. I founded Lifting Voices Speech Therapy because I’ve always been deeply passionate about communication and community. To be seen and heard is a powerful thing. My desire is to help children and adults, especially those who communicate in unique ways, find their voices and connect with the world around them. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion and guided by evidence-based practices. I believe every person deserves tools that fit their unique needs, so I tailor therapy to each individual. I combine proven methods with a heart for service, ensuring therapy is both effective and deeply supportive, always focused on helping each patient thrive in their own voice.

Creative, compassionate, and transformative are words that reflect both my clinical strengths and my heart. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion and creativity. I am guided by evidence-based practice while remaining thoughtful and innovative in my implementation techniques. No two people are alike, and everyone deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. Transformative describes not only the results of therapy but also the power of creating space to listen to every voice. I do more than provide speech therapy. I see people. I equip families, strengthen systems of support, and help individuals access communication that changes their confidence, relationships, and daily lives.

I am best positioned to serve children and adults with complex communication needs. I work well with families who want partnership, education, and practical strategies they can confidently carry into daily life. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who have been overlooked or underestimated and helping them access their full communication potential. My approach is collaborative, faith-led, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I focus on building systems of support that create meaningful progress and lasting, transformative change.
