Empowered: ABA Therapy

After just two weeks, my son began signing "More." It’s really hard to be moving to a new duty station because he absolutely loved it here. The environment is super safe, with locked doors to ensure his security at all times. He never cried when I dropped him off because he felt so comfortable with the team. They are always on top of changing his diaper and feeding him whenever he’s hungry. Plus, they gave me regular updates when I went to pick him up, which meant a lot. The staff is incredible with him! I got emotional picking him up on his last day. This place truly treats your child like family

My son was diagnosed with autism when he was 4 years old. He was non verbal and very difficult to deal with. It was heart breaking watching my son struggle and I didn’t know how to help him. Once we got the official diagnosis, our pcp said we needed ABA amongst other services. I searched and one of the biggest barriers I faced were the “waiting list”. We needed help, not a waiting list. I wouldn’t give up on my search and finally I found Empowered ABA, no waiting list. They came to our house and did their evaluation and start services immediately.
