Emilie V. Hood, M.S., CCC - SLP

Emilie has experience working with children in a variety of settings, including private clinic, hospital outpatient, public school system, and home setting. Her areas of expertise include early intervention, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disorders, auditory processing disorders, bilingual evaluations, articulation and phonological disorders. Emilie is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists and is Certified for Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Born in Puerto Rico, Emilie is a daughter of Cuban immigrants and is fluent in Spanish.
