Reception could be nicer. The ladies there make you feel like an inconvenience for calling to schedule an appointment for your child I dont remember this being an issue in the past. We love Dr Panesar has always been great with our kids.

Received a bill for extra services that I never brought up that were forced upon me and that were never disclosed at the time they would be extra. Also charged me for the doctor handing me a piece of paper that I never asked for. I have called 2 times to try to speak to someone about these charges and both times were told someone would call but I never get a call back. They dont care about people and I will not be going back.

We love this office and all of the staff Quick to reply to messages or return phone calls flexible with last minute visits for illnesses and they are great at keeping schedules. Dr. Panesar is such a compassionate and caring Doctor. He is very patient and has such a gentle demeanor we love him

Dr Donahue... It took me months to find a male pediatrician...I have known him fresh out of college... l was struggling for months to find hm.The minute we met it was met to be.He us super social even knows my sons every day.The kinda friend you always repeat where you let on...Thank you Dr Donahu

My wife doesnt speak good English but she is a nurse in European country took my daughter in October 2020 for immunizationthey used an adult needle on her tiny arm she was in pain for days .dont know if they were out of pediatric needles or what. Also bad reception.

Dr. Panesar has been the pediatrician for both of my daughters since they were born. Hes such a special doctor with a very gentle and common sense approach to medicine.

Dr. Cayer has been my boys pediatrician since they were born and I have never been disappointed in her care or that of any other doctor at her practice whenever she wasnt available. Wait times can be a bit long but its a busy practice and the quality of care is top notch so its worth the wait. I would recommend anyone at this practice to people seeking a quality pediatrician but Dr. Cayer is the best.

Ive always had good experiences with my children here. One thing I love is the weekend hours as my kids only seem to need to visit the doctor on the weekend Its really nice not to have to go to urgent care if you can avoid it.

Every time we have a visit with Patricia cayer its at least 30 min delay past appointment time. Every year that they have physical scheduled it is then pushed out later. Their birthdays are December and now its april that having physicals.

Were so pleased with the care our daughter receives at Pediatric Health Associates in Manchester. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Were always able to get an appointment when we need one. Dr. Cayer is wonderful. Shes knowledgeable straight to the point and always answers all of our questions. Doreen the nurse is great with our daughter and always gets a big smile even after shots. Pediatric Health Associates is a first-class organization and I highly recommend this practice.
