Elite Physical Therapy - Lincoln East

Well this being my first at any physical therapy. An now after having 2 knee replacements and spending 9 weeks in total so far I have too say how wonderful everyone is at elite on gwh not only are my knees feeling so much better I have to thank the team Stephanie Jessica Jake Charlie and Melissa for making my experience such a great one. The professionalism and socialism made me look forward to my next appointment even enduring the pains that went with it. 5 stars. You earned it. Mike B

I participated in PT at Elites Lincoln East location.My therapist was Stephanieshe was just awesome. She is certainly well educated in the field of PT. She was friendly polite and very hands on asked numerous questions throughout the sessions. She also printed out several home exercises for me to do throughout my therapy. The home exercises really made a big difference with my recovery. Hats off to Stephanie. Hoping I will not require PT for a very long while but if I do I look forward to working with Stephanie again .Thank you

My PT Stephanie C. was so knowledgeable and personable I really looked forward to my appointments considering the pain I was in. She really worked with me and personalized every workout that would work best for me and what I could handle. Heather the receptionist was also always very nice and helpful Thank you so much Stephanie I will definitely return in the future if need be and recommend friends and family

I had hip replacement in July 2021. I went through a stint of PT at another place- Lots of waiting around for the therapist during my session-multiple patients per therapist. In Feb 2022 I developed severe pain near the replaced hip which traveled down my leg. My only recourse was PT. Elite East is very close to home and based on the excellent reviews I scheduled an appointment.Matt was my primary therapist. Matt was very knowledgeable and was a very good communicator. He diagnosed my problem and designed a plan of action. I was in severe pain initially but after 7 weeks of working with Matt and doing my prescribed exercises at home I was virtually pain free.I would highly recommend Elite Physical Therapy-East to anyone requiring PT. One on one workouts with highly skilled practitioners and following their prescribed program at home will result in miracles.

Steph is an amazing therapist Helped me recover from two different injuries back to back Im excited to be able to run again and soon be back on the soccer field.

Place is amazing Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the process and they have very creative exercises that will help you reach your goals. Steph and Jacob were fantastic. They pushed me just enough every week that helped me recover way sooner than I thought. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of any physical therapy.

Tore my quadriceps and I am getting excellent care and PT from Stephanie Kristin Dan and Charlie. They are all great and very caring professionals. I love my Elite PT

I usually do not do this but I have worked in customer service for years. I do not hard working employees be mistreated. I witnessed management being extremely unprofessional. I come twice a week and I really like all the employees here. I receive amazing physical therapy from Steph and Charlie. I was in the waiting room and the manager Kristy was yelling at the front desk girls which I may add these girls at the front desk have been so sweet . Also one of the reasons I chose to stay at this location instead of west. The manager said I hate coming here I hate it HERE my job is a joke. She yelled at the front desk saying its not right that they got bonuses and no one else did. The girls looked mortified and Emily looked like she was going to cry. While one of them said that they worked really hard and the manager said that they wouldnt be able to make their numbers if it wasnt for us. As a manager myself I find that to be awful behavior as a leader. I only have a couple of sessions left. I would come back and recommend it here if there was new management - if not u will NOT

My wife recently went for therapy. Her account kept showing a balance even though she paid at every visit. After much arguing the manager agreed and fixed the problem. At the next visit all the balance was back and they refused to remove it. Her co-pay is 25 and they are charging 35. 25 is marked on her card.
