Sensei Michael worked with me several months this year before COVID hit and I had to pause. He is amazing He is kind conscientious an incredible teacher and truly the best self-defense instructor I could EVER ask for. His background in the military working with those with disabilities and their families teaching former soldiers with PTSD etc. make him just a wealth of knowledge. Im so grateful
