I absolutely love Elite DNA Front office staff is nice and helpful. Wait time is minimal.Jen Zaccaria is kind and compassionate. I trust her completely and am so thankful that I found her.

Dr Keith Maitland is an Excellent Doctor. He listens and cares about his patients

Ashley Punches is dangerous. She lies threatens forces and not to mention she is very incompetent - to the point where it will harm you. The lack of experience and education is astounding - plus the inability of creating basic treatment plans or even remembering anything she has told youshe contradicts herself in previous sessions. I have been removed from medication she prescribed because my new doctor stated that Thats not even how the medicine is used. This happened in FloridaShe is disrespectful and is a disgrace to medicine. Good Luck and dont say I didnt warn you.

Intake was very thorough and helpful. Just wish there were appointments sooner.

Absolutely horrible Staff is unprofessional and immature. Poorly trained and need therapy and medication there self for emotional incompetence. Provider Ashley is rude unprofessional and has no bed side manner or business ethics Go far away from here I saw Denise white here for over a year and loved her. things have gone downhill since she left and providers changed. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere Absolutely joke I waited over a week for meds because the provider was out of town and the staff didnt know what to do or how to handle the situation. Then the provider Ashley had the audacity in our appointment to gossip and tell me that her staff said I was rude to them. I never cursed at them or called them a name. Simply said they ought to have protocol for when the provider is out of town so they know what to do. She literally ended our session with by the way my staff said you were rude to them . I felt like I was in high school over again dealing with the class drama queens. This place and its employees are a joke.

Admittedly just started my treatment a few weeks back but I worked with NAMI briefly and was so happy to find out this was a resource Me and my family have been struggling with finding therapy and other services who are willing to take MedicaidMedicare and most of the few options were all up in Sarasota which was completely unsustainable. To know there is a service regardless of a waiting list or not that can help me is amazing
