Elite DNA Behavioral Health - Tallahassee

What a waste of time. I contacted this office for my kid we had an intake appointment in November but the first real appointment wasnt until January 4th. I ended up having to move the appointment to the 11th for health reasons. Well one day before the appointment I got a text that the doctor would be out so we pushed the appointment today. Then I got a text yesterday indicating they were going to cancel my appointment due to no insurance I promptly called the number in the text to tell them we are self pay the lady on the phone said she made a note. Come appointment time we get on Zoom and wait 30 mins not textor call to indicate what is taking so long. I called the office and they informed me that the appointment was canceled anyway and that I would have needed to pay before the appointment. Im familiar with paying at the time of service with doctors but nobody told me to pay up front there was still at least 20mins left in the appointment time if they were concerned with patient care maybe somebody would have made time to see my child.

This was our first visit. Everything went smoothly. The counselor we talked to her name was Janae and she was very wonderful very compassionate and very concerned and we enjoyed talking to her.

Waste of time like others said called to see about transferring and the woman at the desk thought she put me on hold but I could hear her talking about me rudely before even getting my name. I would avoid this office.

The staff and my sons therapist are really friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience for the last two months.

Doctor was warn and welcoming. I am grateful that sge was assigned to be my doctor

She helped me realize that I matter she listened. Thats a Nice experience I havent had in a very long time since my husband has died 2007

Daisha Roberts is amazing as we are working very well together..Along with Charity Lindsay and the rest of the elite DNA team as well.

We had our intake appointment today with Allie and she was so great and went above and beyond to make sure all questions and bases were covered I highly recommend them

My current therapist is Catherine Young - she is AMAZING at her job I hope one day I can be as good a therapist as her when I eventually go into private practice

What a waste of time and money. You fill out a survey and let them know what prescriptions youre taking. When you get to your first meeting they tell you theyre not allowed to prescribe what youre taking. Foolish waste of time and money could have been a phone callemail. Dont go here you wont get to talk to an actual doctor.
