Elite DNA Behavioral Health- Sarasota

I have trusted Elite DNA with my mental health issues for years now. I have been on multiple multiple medications had Electroconvulsive Therapy and TMS with no real relief. I feel like I am running out of options. That being said I do trust Elite DNA and would recommend them to family and friends but Im just wondering if something is being missed. It is frustrating.

Highly recommend Dr. Tran and Rachael Williams APRN for managing anxiety. They are so supportive and knowledgeable.

We love EliteDNA. The staff and doctors are very kind and helpful.

This practice is not consistent at all for a child with real needs. The office when approached with my concerns I was very upset and very bold and blunt. She didnt like it and hung on me. My daughters care wasnt taken seriously appts were being scheduled and the counselor did not show up no one answers emails and theres no communication. My daughter doesnt even believe in it anymore as they have not taken it seriously. She came out of a 72 hour care center and this is who they wanted me to follow up with. As the center she was at is amazing this service is horrible.mental illness in kids are very real and should be taken very serious. As a very frustrated mother trying everything to help my daughter through this pain and confusion they are no help.

Good caring doctors and a well run office. With insurance costs are affordable.

Dr. Tran has been extremely kind and respectful. I read the reviews posted and will admit getting established as a patient is a little all over the place and confusing but once we got through that process it has been the best experience we have ever had with getting the mental health care we need for our son who absolutely cannot go without it or his medications. Dr. Tran was such a refreshing change from his last Psychiatrist. We also were able to connect to Mr. Hillary as a Therapist and she patiently worked with our son until he felt comfortable since in the past he hated having to go to therapy. While he will always have ups and downs he is in a stable place and is comfortable with his medical care and he does not fight us when its time for an appointment. This is a huge victory. We feel confident that Dr. Tran and the Elite DNA team will continue to be an invaluable resource for us.

I love Elite DNA As a whole practice. Was a new patient and got an appointment within one week. Return calls promptly. Send in refills immediately. Extremely easy to communicate with. My provider Rachel Williams I have nothing but good things to say about her. Has gotten me to a great place. Highly recommend this practice to friends and family. 1010 thank you

Absolutely terrible. Zero stars arent an option unfortunately. Where to beginMy wifes only insurance option therapist just outright stopped sessions medications and responding. This office never answers calls returns voicemail or email.Completely abandon her cut off meds and left her a mental mess. If youre in need do not waste your time or mentalwell being.Completely unacceptable.
