I have been brining my children to CMO since 2007 and cannot say enough about the practice as a whole. I have called countless times for a last minute appointment for a sick visit over the course of 17 years and never once been declined. They are the epitome of excellent healthcare. I recommend this practice regularly to parents I work in healthcare myself and always hear great things back from them as well.

Started here in 2005 and I try to make an appointment today for my son and they wont make it. The customer service has declined over the years so dramatically she doesnt even try to help you. Dr Summers is the reason that this behavior has been tolerated for longer than it should be.

I had no choice but to share my experience at CMO. I recently moved to the area and they were the first office that caught my attention for my 4 year old. NOW i work in healthcare and have for many years and I understand times are hard and everyone may be under stress or even over worked. However when it comes to care especially care for our kids there needs to be compassion patience and professionalism. Today was the last straw for me The providers Ive meet with did not try to get to know my little one for one second. Nor did they answer any of my questions. They even chuckled at one point at if I was a crazy mom or over reacting . Now even if Im asking a million questions and my daughter is uncomfortable.. YOU AS A PROVIDER HAVE ONE JOB To provide excellent patient care They do the exact opposite. Today after waiting an hour to be seen the provider came in looked at my daughter and sent us away. As she walked out the room did not even acknowledge that I was not happy or say goodbye. We were simply dismissed. Thanks for nothing and not taking good care of your patient. -Sincerely a lost patient

I thought I was the only one who had had a hard time with the front desk ladies. they are all foul-mouthed rude very rude to parents of the patients. Im always nice with them but they treat people like theyre mad. Honestly the doctors are good except for some that dont explain the procedures well and if you ask them a lot you can see their anger. Today I decided to Post this to see if they somehow fix the problem.

Marnie is the best She has been both my kids doctors since newborns. She is very informative and spot on when it comes to my kids growth and development.

Worst receptionists Ive ever met. They are extremely rude and miserable if you hate youre job so much get a new one Working with parents and children are met for compassionate patient people which sadly both those ladys dont have either. Constantly hanging up on me and just throws masks at you when you walk in. I got frustrated once because they werent sending in my daughters prescription for her very much necessary formula and they just ignored me and hung up on me when that was like the eighth time they did that Nutramigen was very hard to come by then my daughter would have been starved for days if I wasnt persistent. After that they requested to only call her father who isnt her primary caretaker just because I made it very clear she needs her food when she needs it.If youre thinking about coming here just stone its really not worth it. You want the people you speak to first at your childs doctors office to be very understanding and compassionate and on your side you wont get that here. Trust me when I say skip this place the low reviews are correct.Ill be going to a new place due to the poor choice of receptionists..very sad.

After 4 12 years its time to find a new pediatrician. I have given this place several opportunities but this was the last straw. The way you treat your patience is key and this place fails at that with their front desk. Angela is not included she is always very nice Most of the time they are grumpy and with lots of attitude . I always spoke nicely of The doctors and providers here and even recommended friends but today I am done. They refused to speak to me without setting up a virtual visit Seriously I am a concerned parent and because of Covid these are the rules Seriously were talking about a four year old . A concerned parent calls in and has to jump they ALL these hoops just to setup a virtual call just to speak to someone for less then 5 minutes Great job Way to get rid of your patients just like your receptionist who expressed no empathy which Im not surprised

Childrens Medical Office has been our pediatrician for almost 20 years and we have loved them so much Throughout a variety of childhood illnesses and various other medical issues as well as normal well visits all the Drs nurse practitioners and assistants have been fantastic Caring dedicated and smart is just the tip of the ice-berg.Dr. Summers has been our kids PCP and he is just so awesome He always addressed my children and empowered them to be advocates for their health and well-being keeping their age and abilities in mind. He is fun and silly and put them immediately at ease.Their office runs smoothly and so efficiently I have often said they should sell that service as so many other offices do not it is such a comfort to know when you walk in you will be seen when you scheduled. They are wonderful people to have along the journey of parenting and we are so grateful for all they have done for our family
