Hi, I'm Sophia Henry, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA. I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over four years of experience providing ABA services to children and their families in home, school, and community settings. Before becoming a BCBA, I worked as an elementary and middle school counselor, which shaped my collaborative and family-centered approach to care. I believe every child is unique and deserves an individualized treatment plan built around their strengths, interests, and goals. My therapy style is compassionate, positive, and evidence-based, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting progress through natural learning opportunities and play-based strategies when appropriate. I value partnering closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals because I believe the best outcomes happen when we work together. My goal is not only to help children build communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills, but also to empower families with the tools and confidence they need.
