Introduction

Hi! I’m Elea, a pediatric occupational therapist based in Redondo Beach. I work with kids from birth to 22 years old throughout the Westside and South Bay of Los Angeles, supporting them in their homes and community settings.

My therapy style is play-based, sensory-focused, and holistic. I specialize in feeding and eating, early intervention, sensory processing, school readiness, and parent coaching. I’m also a trained SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Feeding Therapist, which means I use a research-based, child-led approach to help children become more comfortable and confident with food. I’m not the best fit for injury rehabilitation, and I don’t offer nutrition coaching—but I love helping children and families build healthy feeding habits, grow independence, and better understand sensory processing.

People often describe me as observant, playful, and open-minded. When I’m not in therapy sessions, you can usually find me at a workout class, sipping coffee, or laughing with friends and family.

What words would you use to describe yourself?

Observant
Playful
Open-minded
I describe myself as observant, playful, and open-minded because these qualities guide my work every day. Being observant helps me notice the small details that make a big difference. Staying playful keeps therapy fun, engaging, and child-centered. And remaining open-minded allows me to meet each child and family where they are, honoring their unique strengths and needs.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I specialize in supporting children with feeding and eating challenges, sensory processing differences, school readiness skills, and developmental delays. My approach is play-based, sensory-focused, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. I help families navigate mealtimes with more ease, build sensory regulation skills, and support early developmental milestones that set kids up for success at home, in school, and in the community. My goal is to create meaningful progress through connection, curiosity, and practical strategies that fit naturally into daily life.
