I treat adults in the general population, the LGTBQ population, as well as those on the autism spectrum. For the general population, I offer individual counseling for a wide variety of issues such as trauma, anxiety and depression, life transitions, aging, and relationship troubles. For those on the autism spectrum, I provide Asperger’s Syndrome/Autism Spectrum/A.S.D. screening for adults, individual counseling, counseling for couples with a member on the spectrum, and anxiety and depression counseling. EMDR can be used effectively for a wide variety of issues, such as recent trauma, complex trauma, phobias, changing habits, addictions and cravings, dysfunctional beliefs, and more.
