The nurses and doctors here are amazing They do their best to make the trip to the doctors office a little fun for the kiddos. Dr.Silva is the best

Ive been with El Rio for 4 years now and I always thought they had provided good services. However Im extremely disappointed recently. I have been canceled and rescheduled on for the same appointment 4 times now and Iis always the day of the appointment. The first time I had scheduled it a month 12 in advance. I find this extremely unprofessional.

I have been with them for four years. I became homeless at the beginning of the month and my case manager without asking me changed my whole team she had been with me for 4 years zero warning I get a call from her manager saying I wont be on her case load. My psychiatrist will also be changing. Yet the one changed Ive begged to make my therapist who honestly makes me feel worse every day then when I came to the appointment. She gaslight makes excuses for my abusers hasnt given a single insight or solution or coping skill in months. The only good thing about el rio in four years was my case manager as she always advocated for me. But she also dropped me without communication. I reccomend going to pathways or else where. My therapist changed all the time a psych as people are always leaving el rio as the better jobs are anywhere else.

This place is a damn joke One hand clearly has no idea what the other is doing Good luck actually seeing your Dr and not some trainee. If you enjoy phone tag please do call patient services

Terrible staff. Rude and unprofessional. The NP I saw would sigh and roll her eyes with everything I was describing to her because she thought I was faking my symptoms. Well 2 days later and an emergency surgery I was most definitely not faking. To the NP that didnt take me seriously because of the DR at TMC that made false documents screw you.

Do not rely on what the representatives tell you when you call regarding the status of your appointment prescription or care provider. They will come across as sympathetic and knowledgeable regarding your needs or issue however its all an act. They dont care and are trained to stonewall and waste your time in the hopes you finally give up. Disgusting.

Very lgbt friendly location I started going here when I transitioned and Ive been here for over 7 years now I go to this location even though its the farthest from me because Dr Ochoa is really great and really keeps track of everything she messages me when Im due for things instead of the other way around makes me feel cared for.

Terrible customer service and people on the front lines. The girls who work at your front desk are their own sorority club. No actual care for peoples health and just was faced with one attitude after another no matter what. Couldnt even escalate anything because NO managers were available during lunch and you could again really tell from the attitude these people had. Nobody gave a damn about my problems and literally my only purpose for stopping by was just to sign some paperwork for my doctor. Service was just shameful from a healthcare standpoint. McDonalds employees show better care and attention.

Some nurses and front desk workers are very rude and lazy majority of them having attitude like a teenager in a work environment I used to love el rio for the community but wow has it gone down hill so sad to seedoes not feel welcoming no more and even pharmacy workers are rude. Highly dont really recommend unless youre okay with dealing with rude workers so far only security guards are very kind and greeting whenever you walk in

They dont answer calls or return them. After repeatedly trying to schedule an appointment Ive given up. My insurance doesnt allow me to find another radiologist so I guess I have no choice but to go forward without treatment.
