I feel sorry for anyone that has to take their kids to this building and leave them there during the day. Its really unsanitary. Workers leave used dog mats and expect the housekeepers to pick it up. No housekeeper signed up to throw away dog mats and clean up their mess. Most of the female staff leave their used tampons in brown bags and constantly clog the toilets with too much tissue. They let their trash cans overflow with paper towels and let it fall to the floor. The pool area along with the bathrooms connected to it on the lower level are really filthy and smelly. Dont ever work there for a cleaning company and please stop sending your kids there if you are one of those people. The rabbit hole definitely goes deeper... They also never bother to pick up a broom and sweep behind themselves. Another thing theyre too lazy to pick up their own trash off the floor. Id type down more issues but the list is too long.

Transferred from Bloomington location they are better. Peoria location is unprofessional. Women at front desk are extremely rude and therapist didnt know what she was doing. Never said a word to me. I felt awkward the entire time I was there and my daughter did not respond well to her therapy. Was bored out of her mind and ran for the door constantly and we ended up leaving early. She got nothing out of it. Waste of time. She LOVED her therapist in Bloomington. I regret transferring here.

We took our nonverbal autistic son to easterseals for speech therapy and worked with Meghan Feldman. She was very unprofessional and discharged my son after only 10 weeks because he was not making any progress and had good days and bad days of participating.We discussed some of my sons behavior would improve if he could communicate with us and Meghan just didnt have the patience or proper training. I expressed she was giving up on my son and how upsetting it was to our family and she didnt show any compassion. How can you discharge a autistic child that made no progress in only 10 weeks

My son met all of his speech goals and the quality of our home life is very much improved. Our speech therapist was wonderful able to interact both with my 3-year-old son but also able to explain her theories and techniques to me in a very understandable way. Everyone we interacted with from the scheduling team to the billing team was incredibly knowledgeable helpful and kind.

Welcome desk didnt acknowledge that I walked in. Carried on as if I wasnt there. Ive had issues here with front staff revealing hipa information.

The speech therapy is amazing and sadly our therapist took another position but...we now have Annie and she had sat in on a session before so my son recognized her love this place

The team down at Easter seals is a great group of people. I have friends who use their services as well as my own family. No complaints so far. A very kind hearted and personal experience in a comfortable atmosphere. The employees take the time to learn your name down there that means a lot. Theyre very timely and theres plenty of people in the lobby to chat with if you arrive early. 5 for 5

I go to Easter Seals for aquatic therapy and have enjoyed my experience. Everything is designed to be accessible including the locker rooms which have chairs in the showers and a big vinyl table the size of a full mattress to change intoout of swimming suits. The warm water pool is usually well maintained with a zero entry ramp.There are a lot of accessible parking spots out front by the loading area.My only major gripe is that the locker rooms are too cold and the showers have three options off cold and scalding hot.

Easy parking great staff that went above and beyond to ensure we went to the right place and recieved the care we needed.Easy axcess to bathrooms and handicapped accessible. I highly recomend services here.

The most amazing service you will find. My son has autism and Easter Seals has changed our life. Their trained staff are so caring about you and your family. They also offer classes to help parents on their new journey with different disabilities. Give them a chance. You wont regret it
