If you are looking for a vaccine flexible practice skip this one as they are fully vaccinated practice only. Shame that even after covid vaccine fiasco doctors offices are still only looking how to make money with no regards to childrens health.

We love EL Ped. My daughter loves Dr Cary so much I love being able to text and sometimes receive a response before theyre even open We appreciate their multiple offices and are always willing to drive to see Dr Cary D Thank you so much for the kind medical assistants as well.Oh and we love Andrea too

My son whom has ADHD as well as a few other disabilitys has been seeing Dr. Cary for about the last 13 Years. She is one of the nicest and best pediatric drs I have ever met she is understanding and always remembers exactly everything about us. My son will be 18 soon and we are both nervous about what comes next. I love the fact that they will continue to see him until he is 19. I wish we could see her forever. She will answer any of your questions and help with any concerns. She is AMAZING I would give her 100 stars if I could.

Office staff is polite and courteous little waut time and Jennifer and Dr. Sharma are fantastic is dealing with children.

I have been taking our 2 kids here for the last few years now and I really like their places and staff. The staff and doctors are very excellent and very professional. I highly recommend their places to anyone

We have been a patient here since our son was born. They have watched him grow up and know him the minute we walk in we have also watch the office grow and are so happy for them as well.We love our doctors nurses and support staff. Anytime we have questions or misunderstood what was discussed we can ask and get an answer we can understand. If we dont get through to the desk and leave a message they call back immediately. We tell everyone to look into visiting their office for their family and little ones.

I really dont want to say how awesome this pediatric office is because I want to keep them from being overloaded. This is the best doctors office. They are attentive convenient and always so good with my kids. They are up to date with technology including making it easy to make appointments through FB messenger and text My kids actually enjoy going to the office and love every doctor there.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I have had too many bad experiences with them over the past year and a half. Here I go..1. One occasion they refused to see me when we got there saying I owed 200. How do I owe 200 when I pay up front before the doctor will even see us since Im self pay A few weeks later they called me and said it was taken care of my balance was zero. Um duh I never owed money to begin with2. They threatened me that if I didnt get my kids school physicals with them they would drop us as patients and we would have to sign up as a new patient if I wanted to come back. Their physicals cost 135 EACH I went to a chiropractor for 25 each.3. Took my oldest daughter in for some issues she was having I requested blood work to rule some stuff out and the doctor agreed. They came back in and told me the outrageous cost for the blood work which I declined since I couldnt afford it but I did ask what kind of blood work they were planning to do so I could go to a lab to have it drawn cheaper and the doc refused to tell me what blood work was needed The lab charged me 20 and east lake wanted hundreds Come to find out all she needed was CBC4. Later the same daughter needed to see a specialist and in order for them to tell me what specialist was needed I had to go in pay another 130 for them to tell me in person and write us a referral Once we got to the specialist they told me because we are self pay a referral wasnt never needed to begin with And they said East lake is definitely milking me for money5. My youngest daughter has always been underweight and I have expressed concern many times and have asked about feeding therapy and such because she hardly eats. My concerns are ALWAYS dismissed. Well I found out WIC will pay for Pediasure to help underweight kids gain weight only a doctors note is needed. So I call them to ask to write a script to WIC then they tell me my daughter isnt underweight and there is nothing in ANY of their notes saying I was concerned. They told me the doctor noted that she isnt picky at all eats very well and mom has no concerns. Are you serious I was livid and immediately asked to speak with a supevisor who I basically had to twist her arm to get her to write a note that my almost 4 year old daughter was underweight at only 25 lbs6. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I called to get my kids immunization records for school and the front desk told me they are Expired. How do shot records expire The lady said she didnt know but she does know when it shows as expired that means shots are due. I told her shots are NOT due they are all up to date. She said because she isnt a nurse she cant tell me what shots are needed. So I argued a bit more in order to talk to a nurse. One finally got on the phone and admitted my kids dont need any vaccines but the vaccine record is Expired so they wont sign it What needs to be signed if it has already been signed that they had their vaccines They just didnt want to give me my kids shot records I started to get really mad and told them they cannot keep my kids records from me and they finally said they would print them and theyll be at the front desk. After picking them up I went over them at home and noticed my daughter has 4 dtap vaccines yet my son has 5. I called to ask why and the nurse said she doesnt really know all she knows is that if a kid gets 4 dtap vaccines by the age 4 theyll need a 5th. If they get 3 by the age of 4 theyll only need a 4th. Whats that supposed to mean Then another nurse called me back and kindly shes about the only one who has been helpful went over my kids vaccines and noticed they forgot to add one of her vaccines in hence the missing 5th vaccine This is COMPLETELY unacceptable I literally cannot say one nice thing about this place other than the lady who is going over and making sure all my kids vaccines are actually put in.If you love your kids do not come here This practice is PURE GREED.
