East Lake Pediatrics - Palm Harbor

We have been using ELP since my first was born. We have always had such a great experience. It is nice to go a place that remember your kids We love getting to see Rosie and the rest of the doctors and nurses. The convenience of the palm harbor and Oldsmar offices is great. They always seem to accommodate same day appointments even when calling in the afternoon My girls get excited to go to the doctor because they make it a welcoming environment.

Our children go to ELP and have been for years. The staff at every location are courteous kind and professional. Dr. Cary Aungst is incredible. She is so caring and always available to hear everything you or your child has to say. She really takes a holistic approach understanding that there is nuance beyond just clinical diagnosis and that other factors can play a key and integral role in the successful treatment of a patient. We are so happy to feel secure in our childrens medical care and cant imagine going anywhere else. This practice is lucky to have her.

I just moved to the area and made an appointment for a health exam for my teen daughter. The doctor rudely said that the appointment was scheduled in error due to my child not having all of her vaccines and they will not be able to see her again unless she gets all of her vaccines. This was even before asking us if she wanted to get any vaccines. You can see another review with the same issue on vaccines. It is unbelievable how this business treats people when it comes to vaccines and their own personal health choice.

My daughter has been going there for 16 years and my son 7 years I been to all three locations the MA are great we recently moved to Ruskin I still do the 40min drive back in forth thanks to the doctors especially nurse practitioner Rosie.

Best pediatric center ever Especially being such a young mom at 17 they were so kind and helpful and guide with clear and understanding instructions care . The energy is so beautiful and they truly care about all of the children . 10100000 recommend -

Ive been using Eastlake Pediatric for going on 14 years. All three of my children go here and over these 14 years its only gotten better. The staff is wonderful very helpful. Nurses and doctors are fantastic and take their time with you and your child. Ease of making appointments is exceptional as well as being able to call when your child is sick and get them in that day. Its never overcrowded in the waiting room showing they dont overbook. They have you in and out and do a phenomenal job. Im so thankful to have such a fantastic pediatrician for my children

We love East Lake Peds. We have been coming here for 10 years and find the entire staff to be wonderful. We typically see Dr. Cary and Nurse Rosie and they are both great with my kids. They always take time to hear our concerns and answer our questions - even when we are coming in for something ridiculous. Now that my kids are older they take the time to speak to them directly and are always very patient. I also appreciate being able to text for an appointment

If I could give a minus I would. This place is a joke They are They dont have the right number or name or birthday right. If it wasnt for a split custody I wouldve changed doctors long-ago. Dr rash obviously doesnt know how to diagnose a patient . And because they screwed up they fired my son and my fiance daughter from practice with a letter. All this because they cant accept criticism from an online review. Dont be in business if you cant handle the truth

What a shame. I feel like I am at a communist country. They force you to get vaccines. My child has all vaccines and got them all at the appropriate time EXCEPT for Mmr I decided to delay till hes 3. First time the NP basically threw me out second time I get a different provider who also gives me same type of attitude and tells me he cant be seen anymore and that no daycare will take him so you have to do vaccine not true I called daycare and they will take him. Then proceeds to tell me that you wont find a doctor for your unborn child currently pregnant because you dont want to vaccinate I have given all vaccines when he was a baby. These guys are ridiculous and to refuse care to a little kid who has no say is absurd. I have seen a few reviews in regards to this and how they treat patients that dont do what they say.

This pediatric clinic is wonderful. They dont push vaccines much and you leave feeling empowered. Doctor tells the kids 2 hrs max on technology even though we will never be able to enforce that since they have phones. I left feeling like I was doing a good job as a mom which is very helpful. When the older kids get a certain age they empower them to talk privately to the doctor and fill out their own mental health questionnaires which is extremely important.
