Early Childhood CARES

I just wanted to rave really quick about how wonderful EC Cares is When my son came in for his evaluation at 3 he was basically nonverbal. Within the first ten minutes they said You know that hes most likely autistic right. As painful as it was to hear he probably would have fallen through the cracks had they not said that. He has now received speech therapy for a year this month and he just graduated from speech therapy. He speaks in sentences asks questions and is making huge strides in preschool. I cannot say enough about Liz Watters and McKenzie Greenblatt

Great service however when they do updates on the devices for nonverbal children who are loaned out a speech device until you can get your own they are gone for a few days without a replacement in the meantime. Going without it for a few days is going to be extremely difficult and Im hoping there wont be many meltdowns or any significant regression..

Speech therapist Judy Hayden is an absolute treasure. She has helped my son immensely. My family will be forever grateful for all of the hard work and dedication she has put forth. Thank all of you for making a difference
