About Duncan R. Campbell, Pediatric Associates
Dr. Duncan Campbell graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Campbell later completed medical school at the University of Kentucky, where he was one of the top medical students. When asked what led to his decision to choose pediatrics, Dr. Campbell cites his time in the pediatric rotation in medical school as being his favorite, ultimately choosing to complete a pediatric residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
As a Kentucky native, he loves working with children and their families and keeping them healthy. Recalling his personal journey towards becoming a pediatrician he says, “I was 8 years old at church when an adult asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up, and I said I wanted to be a baby doctor.”
