Dr. Ted Guarino

Doctor Ted Guarino is an excellent doctor. He is very nice and polite and never found him in rush to answer questions. Only the thing I will like to mention is the font desk staff. Very arrogant and not close to doctors politeness at all. She dont seem to be care for patients and doctors reputation at all. I would recommend the doctor change staff .They are rude and so unprofessional. I would provide 5 stars to doctor but not even one star for front desk.

First visit to Dr.Guerino for my son and we both walked out so relieved that his condition can be treated with medication. The doctor was so thorough and put him and I at complete ease. His bedside manner was perfect for my already anxious son. So thorough and cautious at the same time.

What can I say except that I think Dr. Guarino is awesome He has been my 15-year-old sons neurologist for migraines since 12019 however on 415 my son had 2 seizures and was hospitalized overnight. The morning of 416 Dr. Guarino showed up at 730am to check on my son which was a nice surprise as I was unaware that he was the pediatric neurologist at the hospital. After my son was discharged Dr. Guarino called me that night to personally check on us which was very comforting. Since 415 we have had three follow-up appointments for medication changes etc. In between each appointment being the worried mother that I am I have sent Dr. Guarino several lengthy emails many of them after hours late in the evening expressing my concerns and asking multiple questions and every time without fail he has responded within less than an hour. I have never in my 52 years of living had a doctor that has been this responsive. This has helped to alleviate a lot of my anxiety regarding my sons health. In addition to everything that I have already said Dr. Guarino is very attentive to my son during appointments and really wants to hear how things are going directly from my son rather than relying solely on his parents. Furthermore we have never felt rushed through an appointment as he takes as much time as needed to meet with us. Lastly and I think the most important thing is that my son really likes his chill demeanor and overall thinks hes really cool - Thank you Dr. Guarino for your excellent service

Dr. Guarino has been my kids neurologist for 15 years. Highly recommend as his care is stellar. He developed a relationship with each one of my children. I appreciate the time and excellent care youve shown and given to my kids.

Really surprised by all the 5-star reviews. Not sure if it is the same doctor or our ex-pediatrician a Stanford contractor got to him first. This doctor...

Dr Guarino basically turned our life around. When our 10 year old had a sudden onset of seizures we were shattered everything we knew as normal had changed. Dr Guarino dialed into just what we need and she has been seizure free for many months now. Hes amazing with children -and- their worried parents absolutely fantastic bedside manner. So supportive kind and responsive.

Dr. Guarino is the absolute best neurologist Ive ever had. He truly cares about his patients and explains everything in a clear manner. He treats every patient like a person which is a true rarity.

Dr. Guarino is unequivocally one of the best neurologists. Both of my children are testaments. The time care and follow up he gives is invaluable. We are sincerely grateful for Dr. Guarino.

Doctor himself is an amazing doctor. He has time for any questions always really nice and polite. He himself is a great person. One thing I will tell you though his staff of girls on the front desk are just LAZY. Never get to things always has some excuse. I call to get something done and I call again and they act stupid like they never received a call email or anything. To this point I am very bothered I been coming to Dr. Ted for over a year now and the laziness of the staff is ridiculous. I would recommend the doctor either change staff or do a training. Im so sick of it. Besides that they are rude and so unprofessional .
